I don’t think the owners can read English so this is just for you I guess. I used to love going here all the time when I was younger. I’m not sure if there was a change in management or workers but last night I ordered the general taos combination plate with fried rice. I’m a very big advocate or not wasting food, so when I say I was only able to eat two bites it probably would have been less for the average person. The rice was undercooked, I even had some completely uncooked rice that I bit into. The stocks of broccoli were just as hard as the rice and the worst part of it all is I don’t think I got a single bit of chicken. I tore apart all of the other pieces and all I could find was breading, on top of breading, on top of breading. If I had to say something to the owner it would be, the integrity of your food reflects on the integrity of you as a person. If you think you’re slick by passing off undercooked food and breaded bread as a meal, just know all you’re doing is losing money and loyalty. Sadly I won’t be going back.
Choose another restaurant. General Tso chicken was mostly breading and hardly any chicken. Restaurant itself needs updated. All boarded up and plexiglassed. Egg rolls not tasty. Food not really hot and was only 5 mins away. Fried rice was ok.
I'm a truck driver tried 5 times to call and place an order but the won't answer. Keep getting "enter access code" I mean what is that? What's the code??. NO #1 what a joke!! More like NO#0 will never recommend this to any driver. Don't waste your time calling They don't care to answer the dam phone. If I could I would put -5 stars or no stars.
Ordered thru Door Dash and it was the fastest delivery I ever had. The Food was amazing and the menu was awesome!
They are quick and easy when you don't feel like cooking. Food is okay but not what I'm use too as far as carry-outs.

I see some people say great food but unfortunately me n my family made a order for delivery not great and I've tried a few Chinese restaurants in Hagerstown since I moved here this was by far the worst I ordered general tso's chicken doesn't taste like general tso's chicken a little overcooked fried wonton way way over cooked like completely crispy meat chewy overcooked. And beef and broccoli beef overcooked on the broccoli was watered I haven't tried my egg drop soup yet but I did try the donuts and they were the only good part
Bruh stop playing #1 Chinese restaurant I was there one Beautiful time it’s so nasty inside walls are dirty bathrooms no words to explain myself I’m sorry when the lady came out from the kitchen and I saw the floors and grill I said never mind can I get my money back I change my mind and I left. I don’t even know how they passing the health inspection ? Buffay on the highway Hagerstown by the Burger King is the best ??

I was extremely excited to try Door Dash since Number 1 was a choice. Used to love this place, food was great. Well, I won't waste my money again. I got 3 combo dinners, 3 appetizers (beef on a stick, chicken on a stick and cheese wontons). Requested house fried rice with one of the dinners. Order placed, and a few minutes later I get a message that the special request added $2.34 to my bill. So I ended up paying $77 and change for dry, tasteless general tso chicken and a couple beef and broccoli dinners. Last time for #1!
