If you choose to go to Nori, keep in mind that this is a faster paced hibachi. If you are comparing it to major hibachi where you sit at the table while they cook, it's not going to be quite on par. That being said this place isn't nearly as expensive as a sit down hibachi. So in my opinion the price vs quality is more than on point. The food is fairly cheap, it's fairly quick, and the service is friendly. There is almost always a line and despite what another review said about mistreating people of color, I've never seen this when people of color we're ordering (which is a lot considering this place is in the Hagerstown mall).The steak teriyaki can be great some days, and weak other days. It's a hit or miss unfortunately. The chicken teriyaki however is extremely good all the time.If you want hibachi, but don't want the price tag. This place will certainly do. It's good quality food for the cheap price.

Service was fast and the price was spot on. My wife got the chicken and broccoli combo and I got the steak hibachi combo. Both were very delicious. The staff was very friendly and helped.make suggestions while ordering. We will be sure to stop back when in the area.

Love the food. This place has some of the best hibachi in town. They provide excellent customer service, never have I had any issues in the years I've been a customer.
