My friend is in the guard and had come to Hagerstown from Tennessee. We visited during armed forces week. The server was kind and knowledgeable with explaining everything to him. Because he was in the military, he received a complimentary sandwich and as a special thank you for serving and for visiting from so far away, they brought out peach cobbler with a note on the tray that said thank you for your service. The cobbler was to die for (just the right amount of cinnamon to make the peaches warm instead of tart) and Mikey was thoroughly touched by the sentiment. I especially appreciate the mission and meaning behind your restaurant in addition to the always amazing food. Always 5 stars!
Very good food but definitely pricey. We love the cornbread and the brisket!!! Nice place to eat at when you're shopping at the Valley Mall. Fast service but very noisy inside. We eat at the area on the inside of the mall rather than inside the actual restaurant. Otherwise it's sensory overload.
Absolutely Amazing Awesomeness. The Staff is Outstanding Warm Friendly Respectful Customer Service Representative of and for Mission BBQ Hagerstown MD. I enjoy the Management Taking the Time to Come out and Meet/ Great each Customer Not just only when the Customer Enters the Restaurant, This is Done also as the Customer is Eating there Meal. "Outstanding " The food is Deliciousness and BTW The Peach Cobbler is ooooooooohh yeah so very Deliciousness ?. The establishment is very clean and the Staff is Constantly cleaning up/spraying disinfectants on the tables and chairs. My Prescription this is Not just due to the COVID, this is there Policy And Procedures.I meet with friends at least once a week to enjoy the Bestest "Q" and also there company. I can relax and enjoy my lunch. Overall Outstanding Miles

Love this place! Great food and caring staff! Shout out to Amy, one of their staff, who made us feel so loved and appreciated! My coworker and I (both nurses) stopped on our way home. She took great care of us after a long day and is a great incentive to come back! Thank you Amy! We appreciate you too!!!
I like that they let you put your own barbecue sauce on your food. Everything was delicious and came out very quickly.
Mission BBQ in Hagerstown Md. is top notch. Food is consistently good, which is difficult to achieve with BBQ considering the large amount of food being served over long days to so many people. Jamie, asst. manager is amazing. She is welcoming, attentive and always helpful. Entire staff seems to really care about the “Mission” behind the restaurant, to help and support “Servicemen/woman.
Very glad this is our local Mission BBQ. Consistent in all ways. Good Q and fast service. The sides may be the best part of their arsenal and always worth trying the special, rotating options.

I had been to all 48 states ; This is my First time at this Incredible Restaurant (MISSION BBQ); If you came to Hagerstown Maryland and did not visit this restaurant you made a mistake. This is a must Stop to Eat Restaurant; the best Restaurant in the whole USA. Food was Amazing . Customer service was way beyond my expectations. Payton was Amazing . She is the true meaning of Customer services . I want to give Thanks to the owners and please hurry up and put one Restaurant in Las Vegas Nevada please ; I Know You will take over all competitions!!
