I do not enjoy leaving low reviews for an establishment. However, this restaurant is on my top five worst places I have been to. We were seated and waited to be acknowledged. After about 15 mins a person showed up, put chips on our table and left. At the 22 minute mark, a server came to us. She was very kind and took our drink order. When she came back, we ordered our meals. Fast forward to almost an hour since we have been seated and no food, refreshed drinks or acknowledgement. The place was not busy, almost empty but there was a large party in the outdoor area. I ended up canceling my order because I had to leave. My friends were hungry so they waited. According to my friends, as I was leaving their food arrived. I guess it helps to tell the server to cancel my order. The tamales were very dry and cold in the middle. The veggie fajita platter was “weird and tasteless” they have never had a veggie fajita platter like the one pictured below. Bottom line, skip this place and go to Taco Bell.
Excellent margaritas. Food was fast and hot. Love the Cuban dishes. Great service with friendly smiles and awesome service.

Delicious food and great service. We had the shredded chicken burrito and shredded chicken chimichanga. Everything was fresh and hot and tasty. Staff was friendly and competent. Prices were quite reasonable. Will definitely come back here!
Initially we thought this place would be fantastic, as the chips are about the best we'd ever had and the salsa was tasty. However, the soft drinks were weird (possibly Mexican rather than US formulations), and the food (paella and a combo mexican plate) was good but not great. Later that evening both my husband and I were quite ill with gastric reflux, even though neither of us had alcohol nor any of the usual foods that give us reflux. We suspect that the Salsa had peppers in it that seemed innocent at the time but got us later. We will be less enthusiastic in trying new things if we return. Nice menu with Spanish/Latin as well as Mexican dishes, prices a tad high, fabulous chips, watch out for peppers!
Good service and great drinks. The food is well priced and if you want a lighter seasoned food option its a good place to visit.

Authentic Tex-Mex food with reasonable prices. The chips were light are fresh. The tortillas were also made on the spot. Great flavors and a nice atmosphere. The service was also attentive with several people checking on us to make us to make sure we were having a good experience.
The service was friendly & efficient, margaritas so good & refreshing & the shrimp fajitas delicious. A little higher price than your average Mexican restaurant, but this place wasn't average. I'll definitely be going back when in Hagerstown again.
The salmon with shrimp and scallops was so good! Friendly and attentive service. Margs not bad either!
