I attempted to order a coffee through the drive-through, after several minutes of waiting at the speaker. I ordered a coffee, the gentleman never told me my total so I pulled forward. After waiting for the cars to clear, I was then told my order was never placed because their coffee machine was broken. Avoid this dump, not worth the frustration
Terrible customer service when ordering. The other lane was moving, told the lady taking orders the other lane was moving and asked to order. She told me that I should go to the other lane if it's moving instead of taking my order (which I could not do). Overall 5 cars in the other lane were helped while waiting for her to take our order. The only reason this is a two star review instead of one star is that the gentleman that took payments listened when I complained about her.
Got in line at drive through at 7:40 this morning. It is a double lane drive through at this location. Sat at the outer lane while 3 people had their orders taken and I was not even acknowledged. Finally I get my order taken. The line of cars in front of me are not even moving. Sat for an additional 5 minutes moved one car length up. Sat again until 7:55 and then pulled out of the line without even getting up to the window to pay. I had to be at work at 8 am. Office is less than 2 minutes away from there. Was almost late. Should not have to wait almost 20 minutes for fast food. Ridiculous and very poor service! If someone's food is not ready, have them move forward and walk their food to them when it is. Do not hold every single person in line up for that long.
They are becoming more and more expensive. There okay area is open. Food and orders were great. Accurate and fresh. Service went with out a hitch. Only complaint that can be made you have to ask for napkin, condiments, and straws... Which can have you standing in line for up to 3-5 mins
Only ordered 2 pies, 1 order of donuts and large drink 20 minutes later I had to ask for my food or my money back : there was only 1 other person in the building waiting for his food : I saw at least 5 employees !! This was at Sharpsburg Pike Hagerstown Maryland
Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg but I wanted to sub the round egg for a folded egg. Was told that because the sausage McMuffin was on special they could not sub anything on the sandwich. Promptly said thank you and left to travel to Maugansville McDonalds where they subbed the folded egg with ZERO ISSUE....I may very well start going anywhere but this McDonalds.
Great crispy fries, but the nuggets were cold and the big Mac had no special sauce.

Food quality has gone done, just as the customer service. I can sympathize if staffing is short, but serving raw partially raw food, or cold fries is a no-no. I specifically asked for fresh fries of which I was told they were as they handed me my order. As I'm about to eat a fry and ask if my fries are hot the worker says yes they are. When I ate a couple and told him they were cold, he looks at me with "and" expression. And says they'll be a wait after lying about the freshness of my food..while I'm sampling in his face. The disregard of quality and customer service explains why they are slowly being replaced with kiosks. Perhaps they should undergo the same training as Chick-fil-A. Just a suggestion.
This isn’t 1st time when mcd food is burn and raw , i didn’t have any food to eat home and look what the hell is did order food from mcd from uber eat i dnt consider any fault uber eat the whole issue is with their food believe me feel like they took our from trash can and send it to me .. i hope this company will close soon. They should learn something from Chick-fil-A.. i will not order again
