Stood at the counter for 15 minutes no service the lovely manager yelled at us saying we had to use the kiosk because she’s not talking orders at the counter the guy standing there in the picture didn’t bother to let us know I understand what it’s like to be under staff but there’s no reason for that forgot our drinks had to wait another ten minutes for that while our food gets cold other customers were walking out after finding out they had to use the kiosk staff were very unprofessional and rude talking about the customers right in front of others and ourselves
I sometimes stop here on my way to work at night usually around 9:40pm and the drive thru lane is always busy. Maybe 7 out of the last 10 times I've been there the fries are old, chewy, and just warm and the other 3 times i was told to pull forward or to the parking space to wait at least ten minutes for fresh fries. And for at least a week they didn't have Coke because the machine was broken. So now I'm going to head to work a different way to give the one on Garlin Grove by Walmart a chance and see if I can get faster service and hot fresh fries ?.
This was the 2nd one we went to. The 1st one, their ice cream machine was down. The 2bd one, the cashier was friendly. But making 3 ice cream cones sure took them 5 minutes? ??♀️
Window Cashier friendly and helpful. Unless you order a grill order to be made fresh and wait good is usually like warm...yuck!

I was so excited to get a shamrock shake today & for this guy in the drive thru to give me attitude after I said “awe, what?” in disappointment not anger mind you, (I mean geez!) because he said they are short staffed & pretty much don’t wanna make one & to tell me “I’m lucky the store is even open!” work on your customer service. I get you’re stressed but not how you talk to paying customers. Just wow! I don’t think I’ll return & this was my favorite one to come to in the Hagerstown area. Sad.
There's always items missing. It's disappointing. I also HIGHLY recommend if you're a door dash driver that you get permission from the customer too open your bag at the counter and MAKE SURE EVERYTHING you paid for is in the bag. Because it's convincing this location doesn't care about the customers.
They have the worst staffToday Jan 19 2022 at 7.55pm EST they refused me my order because I walked to the drive thru, the staff was so bad they started yelling about me walking to their window and when I asked about why dint you paste the instructions she shut the window on me did not gave me my order or cancelled it. I was charged fir the mobile order that was not given to me, she said to do what ever you can...is this the way customer who pays you are treated???
Horrible. Simply horrible. Shooed out of the lobby because they don't have help. Then, the drive through attendant acts like a royal idiot over the speaker. If you don't have enough employees or enough capable employees, then close your doors until you do.
I’m a regular lunch patron. This McDonald’s in the last year has seen a better crew of people working here. Some mornings I luck up and get a great drive-they order taker and server. My experience here for the past 6 years have been good. The other day, I actually went inside to get my food and was not pleased with the grease ridden fries ? and my order taker wasn’t attentive for the fact that they rang me for two small fries when I asked for one. The whole problem with that situation was that he didn’t read my order back to me. Don’t get sloppy, do your work with pride.
