Just got asked to hold for one second in drive through. I’m fine with that. I’m not fine with the 2 cars in the other lane placing orders while i waited and they got there after me. Then when my order was finally placed the employee was clearly preoccupied with other things. I left. Understaffed I understand and will always be patient for. Unorganized and blatant lack of care I will not. This is the first time I’ve been in a McDonald’s drive thru since pre pandemic. And this will be the last.
Drive through line was long so I went inside quick to get 1 hashbrown for my son. No one was taking orders at the register so I placed mine on the kiosk. 15 minutes later my order number goes from "in process" to "serving". After flagging someone down to ask about my order (no one was available in front to help the growing number of people waiting), I was told they were out of hashbrowns & waiting for more to be cooked. At this point I just left.
This spot is ok at times. The drive thru have there act together. They haven’t gotten an order of mine or my family’s wrong. The sweet tea is always on point. Now the dining area, is ok just the older guy there is security on the napkins(I mean I know there are people who be acting like they are shopping for napkins)like he owns and operates this spot. There are civilized people who know how to get just what they need. The dining space is always clean and so is the parking lot.
Ordered a Mcdouble, McChicken, and McFlurry inside on the Kiosk. Got the food in about 10 minutes and was told another employee was working on the ice cream. I waited another 15 minutes until I reminded them they still haven't given me the McFlurry.
My fries ? are always hot, crispy and perfectly salted! Need I say more? ?

The staff was quick, friendly, and helpful. It was a bonus to refill my own drink haven't been able to do that in awhile.
i usually live this mcdonald’s , i get drinks from here all the time. i’m usually always greeted nicely by the night crew especially one worker with blue hair . however i was just in the drive thru getting a sweet tea and i have never been treated with such disrespect over the speaker. i was told repeatedly to “speak up” when i was practically screaming. and she proceeds to call be a b*tch. i was nothing but polite to her considering i know it’s hard working in the food insurer but come to find out, the woman i was speaking to was the manager or GM.
I really don’t know why I bother. Every Fast Food place is the same. Ordered a Double QP with Cheese and I get home to find my single QP looking like it sat there under a heat lamp for an hour. So not only the wrong sandwich, but a bad one at that.
Did not get what I ordered. I ordered bacon. They gave me A steak bagel, which looked and tasted like it had been chewed up and and reformed into a patty. I feel sick.
