Funny how not even a mile down the street is an giant billboard for your smoothies, then I order one and the machine is broken… Story of McDonalds life.

Horrible service. Horrible food. I got chicken McNuggets and they never asked me for what sauce. I ended up with no sauce. They were cold and stale. The person working there never said hello thanks or you’re welcome or anything. Then after I picked up my food they started yelling at some people outside - enough to make me drive back through the drive-through because I thought they were yelling at me!. Very very unprofessional. Never eat there again.

This McDonald's is just horrible. The people in drive thru are always on their phones, not paying attention,always cussing and are disrespectful. Please teach your employees how to be productive and hold them accountable for their actions!

It’s generally pretty good. Never have a problem with my order being wrong. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait. Overall it’s your pretty typical McDonald’s. Evening staff can be a little non-talkative

Just got home maybe 10 minutes ago and my order is wrong nuggets were old sat to long fries were cold and soggy my chicken sandwich was hot but I added cheese and mayo to it got charged for the cheese but never got it instead I got pickles.. very mad had to throw them away only got to eat the sandwich

NEVER had issues with someone picking up my mobile order at ANY other McDonald's restaurant, but these asshats now won't release my food without my phone there. Won't use this location anymore, even when I do go right by it.

Food was fresh but I didn’t receive a warm welcome by the staff. Ordinarily, I couldn’t care less…it’s McDonalds after all. But the customer right after me received smiles and was told to enjoy his coffee. I wonder what the difference between me and him was?

Tonight we decided to dine in, overall disappointing. Main issue is compete lack of acknowledgement by the staff. I'm not used to the self service kiosks, so had some confusion on simply ordering and paying. The screen which prompts you to pay has vague instructions. It mentioned using table tents and QR codes, but no tents were in the vicinity, once one was found...no sign of a QR code. Sure, being new to it I'd accept I'm just not with the program, but my complaint is the zero response from an employee. I had the "request assistance" light on for some time before finding help from a customer. Next, after a forgivable longer wait then I'd expect I realize the foods sitting on the counter...soo they don't bring it out? That's what your kiosk and tent say? At least call our number?? Hollering "Hey 17 is up!" would have been fine, but nothing. Glad I happened to look over and recognize the order. It just seems like no one who works here has any remote desire to interact with the public. I'll give 3 stars because my daughter liked her food and flurry. Now their arguing and cussing. Well, bombs with two families inside with small kids. Sad.
