I went here today 6/2/22 to get a large supreme pizza. I go in to a lady cursing at the workers for taking an hour and twenty minutes to make her order. The guy behind the counter calls me next while ignoring the woman. He looks at me like I'm dumb and upon me telling him what I'd like, he tells me "no, can't do it". Then proceeds to stare at me like I'm dumb more. I say, "okay, thanks" and walk out. Decided to go to Ledos instead. I'd rather pay $35 for a pizza there then ever step foot back into a Little Cesar's restaurant again. ?♂️
!! Bad customer service !! I waited patiently until I couldn’t. I proceeded to ask if anyone was going to ring me up for an order, all I got, was an attitude and a not at all friendly stare down by woman cashier. I was completely disregarded, and my unusually long wait time. The cashier then proceeded to take my order, “as if, I was the problem” “as if it was too hard to just ask me what I wanted to order” I know both of the cashiers/prep both had seen me as they both had been looking at me with a side eye… she then took my payment and did not say anything, about sorry for my wait nor did the other man who was running the register, as there was plenty of opportunity to do so, ever came to take my order till I acknowledged myself in both where laughing just behind the hot ready box as I was right there listening in disbelief? Why be so rude to a paying customer…? I get it it work is not favorable but it still a job why loose it for something that literally anyone can do and replace you … it’s not rocket science. I was patiently waiting for a long time with a no attitude demeanor literally just being patient till I could not stay silent. and still got horrible service. In the picture to show I only ordered 2 stuffed cheesy bread The time of order was March 27,2022 01:01 pm although the cashier name was Reginald it was a woman who rang me up. Reginald at least listen to my concerns as I was handed my order after asking possibly how long does it usually take to order this item…but it was too late to turn this experience around for me … they both need more training on customer service and how to manage a working environment just overall this place needs and could do better given better training
Manager doesn't know nothing about the pos system and really rude, If you want to get your food ready at 8 30 pm make your order at least 1 hour and a half before
Pizza is good but they r always behind on orders and the parking lot is crazy and another thing another off loitering making it very uneasy need to enforce loitering rules
NEVER AGAIN! I was told it would be 30 minutes to get my order. I ordered 2 batman and 2 pepperoni best. I watched several batman pizzas given to customers who had less than half my total wait time. The guy had 8 pizzas just sitting on the back counter. Some of them over 30 minutes. He just randomly pulled order slips and about every 15 minutes someone got their order. After asking twice and 1 hr and 40 minutes later I had them process a refund. So I got home 2 hours late with no pizza for my family. The manager didn't even apologize or attempt to try and fill the order from the ones already done. So I just told him that they apparently don't need my business.
I at least gave it a 2 only because my son want to get pizza from here. Other then that the service is garbage. The people who are at the register are always nice but the back just goof of all day. And the food take forever even when there almost no one waiting. I held off but I couldn't do it anymore
Witnessed very poor service to other patrons and a door dasher who waited forever for his customer's order at the Burhan's Little Caesar's.People waited 30 mins plus past their time - and also were not dealt with in a professional manner. Some that were waiting were not even told when their order WAS ready - it sat until they asked.....poor management. I understand when things are busy - but where was the manager - he/she should have been out front taking care of customers and checking that things were moving along - I waited patiently for quite a while and got to witness all the mayhem. Not sure the pizza was worth it after that.
I contributed to.my.wife Heather.Householder the taste problems with crust of pizzas and the Rast rode by me and was corrected at the common place Byers Market & other stores. Good parking lot that is clean and free of personal fouls.
Horrible customer service. I called in to place an since the online version wasn’t working and the guy that answered the phone was rude and loud. I didn’t finish my order and he hung up. They need staff that actually know how to treat customers
Good food, but the woman who waited on us at the register was very rude. We also waited a long time for something that is supposed to be “hot n ready.”
