As soon as a I walked in, I was greeted with a hot donut to eat while I waited. I got 12, warm donuts for $5.
80% of the time they never have most donuts in stock. It's a good place if you want to get the bare basic casual donuts but any of their specialty or cake donuts - good luck getting them. Almost always out of stock.
The donuts are not what people pump them up to be..just another big chain store pushing there idea of a donuts and making big money off of a so so product. I was never a follower so i never fell in-line for this place. I guess doing my own thinking allowed to open my eyes to another hyped up place..and see it just another donut shop..nothing amazing there at all..the taste people are bragging about is just different flavors sugar..like a soft drink..and none of its good for you..But if i want a good donut...i will get a box of entmans..knowing they are full of preservatives..but also knowing they are better then any thing this place can offer
Earlier tonight this location had glaze pouring out into the parking lot from a burst pipe. I was at a different store in this shopping center and because the glaze had traveled to the end of the parking lot, my son slipped in it and ruined a new pair of shoes. When I asked the manager on duty, she lied and said it wasnt coming from them and that it was only water. I asked her why it was sticky and smelled like sugar, and she admitted that it was glaze mixed with water. I asked what she planned to do about it and she said there was nothing she could do until the store manager returned the next day. She said that they couldnt shut down to fix the problem, and that she had already sprayed some water on it. My pregnant girlfriend who is a high-risk pregnancy almost slipped in the sugar water as well. Im completely disgusted by this companies complete disregard for safety and the well-being of people walking through the parking lot downstream of their store.
Glad KK made a home in this spot. Anytime I’ve been here the service has been proficient and polite. Love getting my freshly made donuts, freezes, and hot(scolding)coco here.
refused to honor their own coupon even though the terms clearly stated one dozen classic second dozen may be assortment 8 placed the order got to window and was told nope the verbiage in coupon isn't correct
As normal, Krispy Kreme has the best donuts, and when you can get them hot and fresh... it's one of life's great experiences. 20/10 Would recommend.
We ordered an assorted dozen on the app. We received 11. When we went back to inquire, they said they were out of the donut we wanted. That's it. No offer to replace it with another donut or refund the price of a donut. Also 2, I repeat 2, of the donuts had thumb prints down the center into the cream and were about the diameter of a 50 cent piece. So disappointed.
Stopped on New Year’s Eve night. Hot donuts sign was on. Went to drive thru speaker waiter number 1took order. Asked her if I had a dozen. No answer. Waiter number 2 asked me to repeat order. Than told me drive up to window. It would be easier to take order there. Drove up to to drive thru window. And was completely ignored there. Finally drove off. This was about 7:30 pm. Krispy Kreme donuts lost my business.
Just went with my bf as a treat for my mom who was feeling depressed. Was greeted by someone working who seemed to hate working there. She mumbled a lot, didn’t pay attention, and was rude. I had ordered an assorted dozen and afterwards I had asked to add a cup of the mini glazed, which she was ignoring me and didn’t hear me. Then rudely told me the total of my order and it made me anxious so I just left without the cup I had asked for. This place definitely isn’t how it used to be when it first opened some years back. I’d say just go to Krumpee’s when they open because they are atleast kind to their customers
