We ordered a side bucket meal with Original Recipe,2 mashed & gravy and mac &cheese, Sunday supper time,day before Memorial Day.As soon as I started serving at home I noticed chicken was very dark fried andhard and dry as were biscuits. Called several times and was disconnected serveral times. Was told to call someone named Beauty? on Tuesday for a replacement meal but again could not get through...30.. bucks wasted.Won't be back again sadly as chicken was Obviously refried to heat it. Chicken pieces are so smallthere's more bone than meat these days and this is why we get tenders usually...
Worst customer service ever. I walked in to get something to eat and they told me I HAD TO go through the drive through because they don't do carry out orders for customers. Then I went outside to get in the drive thru and it went from the window all the way around to the parking lot. I left and will not be going back. How do you have so many people working and NOBODY can help customers in front. Everybody was running the drive thru and it was still a half hour wait. I do NOT recommend this KFC.
I ordered a chicken sandwich for my toddler and received a thigh with a bone sticking out. Highly unsafe and could have easily caused her to choke and die. Called multiple times to the establishment with no luck. I would stay far away from this place if you care about your well-being. CHECK YOUR FOOD!
I wonder if anyone high up in KFC even reads any of these reviews. Smh. Obviously they need to make some changes in who they are hiring. It's insane.

Went to pick up meals for my family. 3 of those meals had burnt overcooked chicken. Drive thru only with about 5-6 employees and you serve burnt overcooked food.
Got there at 7:20 and waited in line. Despite it not being 8pm when they close they wouldn’t take my order and said they were closed. Lazy employees
8 chicken tenders and a large(served in a sandwich container instead of the large circle container)popcorn chicken looking like it was a medium size. All for $24 dollars. The 8 chicken tenders were $17.00, $17.00 for 8 chicken tenders..that is crazy. They type in unnecessary stuff liked sauces(which we didn’t order)on the receipt. We didn’t pay for it. The drive thru was a wait and that’s not usual.
Don't pick up here if your doordash. You'll have to sit in the drive thru to pick up the order. They should just have their lobby open for pick up only. Like the Wendy's up the road.
Probably the weirdest restaurant experience ever...avoid at all costs and save your time.I made an order for pickup online at kfc's website at 5pm for a 5:45pm time. Arrived and I was told they don't have the order (Garland Groh location is the correct one so it wasn't that error) and that they aren't associated with 'kfc.com' so they can't do anything. Then I was also told that they were closing and stopped taking orders an hour ago so that they could "prepare the chicken for tomorrow."After hearing weak excuse after excuse we drove off to deal with it over the phone with their customer service line. Oddly enough, we saw people drive off with their food after we had left the drive thru line. To add to the mystery even FURTHER, the customer service representative was able to match my order number and bring up my total to be refunded, which is an incredible feat when you figure that, according to the drive thru worker, my order doesn't exist.
