This place is sometimes you get what you order and sometimes it’s open. Never had to deal with a KFC like that. The service when I was able to order was ok. Tighten up people and be of proper service to the customers.
Terrible service. Closes earlier than advertised. Rude. Always out of food (allegedly). I honestly would like to give it ZERO STARS.

They forgot some of my order. I didn't get any napkins like I asked for. Tried to call them 3 times about my missing items and no one answered the phone.
They have great tasting food ? and the service is quick and friendly! Thing is because people doesn't want to work so it's only open 11-8 Fri-Sun
FIRST THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE "OUT-OF-EVERYTHING"..2 HOURS UPON CLOSING!THAN THEY ADMITTED WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON & SAID;"WE WEREN'T EXPECTING ANYONE ELSE...SO WE STOPPED COOKING CHICKEN and EVERYTHING ELSE SO WE COULD BEGAN CLEANING & LEAVE EARLY.... SO BEFORE YOU ASK yes, WE WILL BE CLOSING EARLY TONIGHT!"I then asked to SPEAK TO THE MANAGER..and SURPRISE,SURPRISE? THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE they said...and WHEN I ASKED 'THE MANAGER'S NAME and WHEN the MANAGER WOULD BE IN NEXT';They STOPPED TALKING to me & another person got on and told me to "CONTINUE TO DRIVE THROUGH [the drive-through] AND EXIT THE PREMISES"! ? I was appalled!!

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Waited 25 minutes to get an order placed on app ahead of time. Was told to pull around to door and nobody came out. Food cold when finally got it second told through drive thru.
