Just basic sandwich. My first time there, as I told employee who took my order. She could have spent more time explaining the system. They were not busy. I order a Big John Little John. Yes. This sounds confusing. But it's a type of sandwich with a smaller bun. Didn't know cheese was extra either. ? I was charged for an original combo and should have been a little combo. Didn't know this until I was eating and looking at other menu options. Realized then that mistake was made. I spoke to manager(?) and he questioned "did I eat it?" Thought that a bit rude and told him to forget it. My first time there, didn't know all options or combinations. Sorry!
The cashier was not friendly at all, they did not care that it was my first time.First and last time at this place.The world needs more love!!!

I ordered a tuna sandwich here and the tuna was barely there..i love jimmy johns in general but this location was not great sadly!

I tried this place one last time. Not this exact restaurant building but this restaurant chain. There's never enough food in the sandwich and yet they can give you are in a bun or a little bit of food in a bun or a decent amount of food in a bun and it's charged way too much money for it. And it's not even like it's the best roast beef you've ever had it's roast beef like I get at the grocery store. And I'm not sure why but the chips tend to leave a filmy flavor on my tongue. My soda is like a soda at any other fast-food chain so nothing particularly special there either. I did not order but they seemed very nice to my son when he did the ordering. I'm just disappointed that every time I've been there in order to have a reasonable amount of food in a sandwich I have to end up spending twice what I would pay at any other restaurant chain.
I’ve seen this location once and will not return. Read the reviews and wasn’t taking a chance on bad customer service. The subs there are not good in taste to me. I’m not chancing that. It’s safer that way.
