I love going to Hagerstown friendly’s the food is great and the servers are so amazing. My favorite servers are Sadie and Amanda. Sadie always take the time to make our visit fun and friendly when I come in for dinner and see she is working we always ask for her my daughter loves her which is not normal for us. However Sadie makes it feel so home like and fun. She is so friendly and happy. Amanda also always makes us feel welcomed and like we are family not customers. Our food is always hot and looks and taste amazing. And the rewards program is perfect for customers that visit often. Between the free sundaes and they $5 off after $75 spent oh and the coupons we get for bogo is great. I recommend eating here to many ppl and bring friends with us some times.
I drive with Door Dash on my days off for extra money and one of the servers offered me a coffee on her. She figured we don’t get a lot of time to get drinks/food/etc between orders (We don’t, time off = less money) and paid for the drink. A small but very kind gesture and I think the world needs more people like her. Although this time I wasn’t dining, all other servers made sure I was taken care of and nothing but great work from the staff. Additionally, every time I’ve dined here in the past I’ve received the same level of awesome service and food to match. Definitely recommend and ALWAYS be kind to your servers!

Service was good but the food was pretty bad. Do NOT order the brisket meal, it was a tiny portion and it was very tough for $16. We tipped based on the good service, not based on the quality of the food. We will only be coming here for breakfast from now on, they do that much better!
Used to love Friendly's until I went for dinner the other night. Service was great but food was horrible!! You get such tiny portions of food. I ordered the brisket dinner. I got 2 tiny pieces of brisket, 2 little bites of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese!! Even a small child would leave hungry!! And for 20 bucks what a rip off!! I also got a medium milkshake that looked like a small to me!! I will not come back!
This place is ok they messed up my order twice in a row one day on door dash had to go pick it up they gave me a cake , I wouldn’t order from here but I would sit down and dine because when you are actually there the food is great & hot but with door dash I was like never again .
Took awhile to get served. Ask for coloring books for the kids, never got them. Sliders overcooked corn beef chewy. Very high prices for the quality
Truly enjoyed this restaurant. Great variety of choices and everything we ordered was delicious. Will be going again!

Food was fine, service was good, but it was really cold. I would be shocked if it was 60 degrees inside.
