Still a Hagerstown classic. Great restaurant and food. Probably one of the best subs in the area. Crab fries with old-bay were delicious, crispy and a little chewy with nice cheese on top with their waffle fries (9/10). Sub rolls homemade are still a nice refreshing take on subs that you don't get at most places. Flavor of the entire dish was great with good sauce on the Mediterranean wrap (9/10). If you want a great Italian or beef cheesesteak sub, you definitely want to go here (9/10). Atmosphere was great as usual with classic music in the background that makes it feel like the place is just there for you. We'll definitely keep going here and order more from this restaurant, especially because great restaurants like these that produce some quality food made mostly from scratch need the communities support. I don't think I've given many five star reviews, but Fratelli's definitely deserves it because of the quality of the food and how much they seem to care about their customers. Couldn't have been treated better when we were there by the staff.
The reviews looked good so my wife and I decided to go there for lunch. As it so happened, however, we limited lunch to one bottle (no taps) of beer per person. Frankly, the condition of the place and its staff were totally off-putting. We were greeted by the chef, perhaps, or maybe the sous, who looked as though he had put on old dirty clothes in anticipation of a grease fire which he escaped by rolling in flour. The floors were dirty. Various items, like booster seats, seem scattered about. The lavatory was a no-fly zone. While for all I know the food may belie appearances, neither of us had the stomach to wait around to find out. Exit, stage right.
The place was enticing however when we got inside service was slow and the restrooms were terrible food was OK doubt if I will come back
Ordered meatball sub, fries, onion rings and a panini. What I got was a sub of cut up meatballs that didn’t fill the whole sub and 5 very over cooked onion rings. We are very disappointed with the price we paid and what we actually got. We will not be ordering anytime soon. Bad business.
Tastes like a good Italian chef that had a kid that never wanted to cook. Only reason for the 2 star is the near impossible to fry wrong chicken wings. Probably a sweet baby Ray's sauce on those as well. Eh.
I stole by and was able to enjoy one of the must tasty pizzas ever, thank you Ashley and the rest of your team, you guys are so nice... I hope to back here soon ???????
They weren't real busy but the service was exceptional for only having a total of two team members working, who covered as greeter, server, cook and cashier. And the food was delicious to boot. We didn't go wrong visiting the place for dinner. I highly recommend!
Love the food. Respect the workers, considering there’s only ever 2. Stop complaining about having to wait a little longer for your food ??♀️
1st order and my last! I would give zero stars if it was possible. Worst taco salad I have ever had! The lettuce tasted terrible! Barely any meat. Asked for extra salsa and sour cream with NO BLACK OLIVES which is clearly on the receipt and did not get the extras and it had more black olives on it than meat.
