Literally been in the drive thru for 20 mins. It’s 4:30 pm and barely any customers are here. This is ridiculous.I also come here every morning before work and ask for EXTRA cream sugar and the flavor I get. My coffee is never sweet or tastes as I want it….. this is the only dunkin on my way to work or else I would love to go to a different one. Staff acts like it’s a problem you’re ordering.One time I stated I want “extra extra” because I feel like it’s never sweet and she mocked me to tell the back person who was making my coffee…..
I encountered the rudest employee at this location after repeating my order approximately 10 times I was belittled and told it was too bad she couldn’t report customers like me to corporate. I asked for no egg on my sandwich what a crime. I was told they don’t customize sandwiches or a wrap in my case that what I’m wanting is to make a whole other sandwich and that I should not expect that from them. Absolutely unreal this woman has a job in customer service.
I always come to this Dunkin today I came and got a frozen coffee and 2 chocolate croissants and when I got home and opened the bag the chocolate croissants was burnt like why would you even serve that when you could have easily started over with warming up new ones this place just keeps getting worse
Seems the drive through is so busy the lobby barely gets much love it is impeccable. The staff seems like they're having a great time most of the time. Orders get pumped out quick and on point. Food items served and prepared methodically. Double Ds Always Delivers.
The place was disorganized, the pitiful donuts that they had were mislabeled and the person making the orders had to constantly ask what your orders were. Then we were offered another coffee because they couldn't keep track of what they already handed us.
Never even got to order. Drive thru was dictated by order ahead app and when I went in lots of people waiting and you could hear the disarray from staff working to get orders filled - fussing with one another around 8:00 AM on a Saturday with plenty of customers to hear. I walked out and drove to Starbuck - worth paying more for such obvious, verbal dysfunction.
Quite possibly the WORST experience ever in my life at a Dunkin. 25 min in line and only 5 cars in line ahead of me.. I order 1 croissant. Once I finally get my order it’s burnt, broken, ripped (looks like someone tried to rip off the burnt part) Go inside the store, wait 5 min while I stand at the counter and listen to the employees talk about everything but work, ignoring me and 2 other people behind me.. finally refunded my money. Disappointing and disgusted. Never will be back.

We are passing through on our way to VA and the customer service was superb and the restrooms were so clean and and smelled very good.
As always good breakfast sandwich. Friendly staff.
