I will go out of my way to avoid going to this location. The drive thru speaker has needed repaired or replaced for over two years so ordering is always a miserable experience. The last time I went they wouldn’t sell me a cup of whipped cream which is something you get for free at other locations and coffee shops. The bagel minis tasted like they cooked them in the plastic wrapper.
We've been RVing the entire US for a year now and this Dunkin gets top marks. Even though it was slammed, the staff had their service down like a well-oiled machine. Our (big) order was correct, food was hot, drinks perfect. Well done!
Calling men honey, is a choice not "just what you have always done". Especially when you don't talk to their wives sitting next to them with even remotely the same tone, but you gave us a good laugh, thanks honey ?. The coffee was good even if we had to repeat my order 3 more times at the window for just a Medium Hazelnut Dunkicino ?♀️.
My wife loves the coffee from here, most the time they are kinda slow but it's alright they don't mess up orders I'd rather them be a little slow then mess it up
They seemed to be very confused and extremely busy. Will stick with Sheetz for coffee...they forgot my food order and i had to wait for the coffee. They said they had only one cappuccino machine that was working that day. But they gave me no food..i had to go inside to get the food. This group of employees seemed to not communicate very well.
This particular spot could use some work. Good news? They have plenty of time, ability, and resources to improve.Small location. That in itself isn't bad but they must have been/are short handed because the drive through was achingly slow.Quality of food was good and on par with what you are seeking from a Dunkin.Very popular so they should be able to rebound quickly.
I would highly suggest going to any other Dunkin but this one. I had a girl get nasty on the phone with me and hung up on me. My food was wrong and my iced coffee was disgusting. I had no Chocolate Sprinkled Donut or Boston Creme. They sent 2 different ones. Go to any other location!!!

Latta was just bearly warm
