I am not a huge dunkin fan, but I needed a pick me up. Stopped at this location, went through the drive through and ordered what was on the menu. The girl/lady was extremely rude telling me they no longer carry that. So I asked for something else and she said " really that's what you want" While waiting in line the car behind me apparently tried to order something they didn't have and when they started backing up to leave your could hear the person who sounded like a male, over the speaker tell them to back up and leave. This was the worst service I have ever had. Seriously doubt I will ever go back
This store takes forever to get your order. They always mess up and the woman at the drive thru was not the brightest crayon in the box if you know what I mean. Do not come here. Ever. Don’t waste your time please.
These employees are as slow as ever. First kylie forgets to give me my change. Then instead of making my drink she hangs over the counter and pokes on her phone. They still took forever to get my food out to me when it was just a bec croissant and hashbrowns. Terrible service
Ordered 2 iced latte’s with almond milk and a shot of French vanilla. I got 13 dollars of sweetened almond milk the espresso is maybe a third of what it should be . I would suggest going to Starbucks over Dunkin nowadays it is expensive but at least you get what you pay for.
Every time I go to this Dunkin there is a whole new team that has no idea what they are doing. On my last trip they messed up my drink twice. Finally, I told them how to make the right way. The manager needs to train these people better because they can't even ring my order up correctly because they have no idea how to use the computer
Their hot chocolate is to die for. The hot coffees are super. The iced beverages? Hard pass. They are always quick in the drive thru. The exterior is always well maintained. I never hesitate to stop at this location as I would with others.
Waited 10 minutes in line...behind (1) customer for a hot tea with 2 lemons and a toasted bagel w/extra butter.Waited 10 more minutes at the window watching staff literally bumping into one another.. saw two with containers of lemons...told by the cashier the wait was due to lemon needing to be cut (?)The bagel was stale w/o extra butter, tea had (1) lemon.
This place is the absolute worst! You’re much better off making the drive to one of the other ones in Hagerstown. They have the worst attitudes and no customer service. If you don’t like your job simply find another one or don’t go to work. No sense in ruining someone’s day because you don’t want to be there.
The vanilla cream filled donut was not as good as I remembered it to be. The donuts had very little cream and the cream tasted more like whipped cream frosting rather than a butter cream. So it was kind of bland.
Staff was friendly and no waiting. Food was fine. The coffee was so weak I went home and made a pot. Three stars, because your staff was pleasant. I'm a Dunkin regular and normally love their coffee.
