I love this Dunkin. It is on my way to work, so I go there often. I have noticed within the past year or two (I think) that the management and team members have changed, and it has done nothing but good things for them. The quality and efficiency has improved so much. The morning crew is absolutely amazing. Two of my favorites are definitely Miss Kathy, and one of the male, I assume managers, because he stands out (in a good way). Their team seems to work well together, and it’s nice to get a good product every time, especially ? at 730 in the morning. I will continue to frequent this location, and look forward to many more Dunkin runs in the future.
This spot takes a bit to get your order and even then you are asked to repeat your order (annoying and it feels like you’re yelling at the staff). The staff nice just the service needs to tighten up. Then this spot doesn’t honor a discount. The coffee’s are a few cents more than other DD’s in the area.
Dunkin Donuts made my coffee disgusting that Dunkin Donuts is not that good to go to they charge you everything you put in it that's the only Dunkin Donuts it charge you more for your coffee that's why it's better to go to the other Duncan's they charge you less just letting you guys know
Best Dunkin ever.Their always quick and correct with your order.If you complain or they mess up the franchise is happy to replace it free of charge. The manager at this location is always greeting his customer's and is always very encouraging to his staff. You can tell that the employees really like doing what they're doing here and it's nice to always see the same faces every morning. Because I've been going there for 8 months once they see me they already start ringing up my order ? lolNow that's great service Hagerstown and Dunkin is #1 for sure
Brian at the register is a rock star 10 out of 10 recommend. Super polite and patient and professional without seeming fake. Best part of our stop in Maryland
The sweet tea tastes better on dual highway then tea on downeville Pike is terrible. I live Halfway. Dunkin' donuts on dual highway makes the best tea ever
Ordered 2 croissant stuffers. They were cold in the inside. Came a 2nd time gave me the wrong food. Probably should work more on efficiency than trying to be like chic fila
Someone needs to look into this forin/ Indian guy in the morning says he is the manager?? I'm pretty sure he's stealing money. I just argued with him to get my change back. After the 3rd time he did this. I'm sorry I PAY MY TAXS!!! I want every penny back!!! Bad enough we pay 5bucks for a coffee.
The morning crew is friendly and in a good mood which puts me in a good mood. My iced machiatto always tastes great.
Everyone at this location is always very kind, poised and efficient. Coffee rarely tastes different (they are very consistent, which is something i really enjoy). They are a little out of the way, but i will gladly make the journey to this location.
