The food, coffee and ice cream treats are all great here. But recently, I ordered from a young lady who is extremely rude, doesn't know their menu and doesn't get your order correct. Fortunately, there is a young man who works there. When he hears her speaking rudely or not paying attention to the order, he promptly fixes it. The entire time he was trying to help us, she continued to complain in the background creating a terrible distraction for him. Kudos, to the young man. If they want their customers to keep coming back, they should consider letting the other employee go. I'll be back to try again.
I usually don’t have issues with this location unless I am ordering something that is seasonal. They are always out of something, even when I’m able to order it on the app. If it’s unavailable, that’s fine but I shouldn’t be able to order it.

First time walking in there since they opened. Nice, friendly and attentive staffs. They made my kids feel so good placing their orders.
Update: They keep the doors locked and won't let customers in, only allowed in the drive thru and cars piled in the drive thru all the way to the Aldi parking lot. Sign on door says no eating or drinking inside. I was just in here a couple months ago and ate inside. The morning is the busiest for any donut shop...why in the world would you lock your customers out and tell them to use the drive thru?The food was hot. The sugar is constantly left at the bottom of the cup without being mixed together everytime i go there.

Don’t go here they don’t fill your drinks all the way. My latte was half drink half whipped cream. I don’t know about you but I’ve never ordered a latte that only fills half the cup. I had them remake it and they did it AGAIN, literally half full. I was at the counter and even stuck my whole finger into the cup and said “see? I shouldn’t be able to dip my whole finger into the top of my drink and not feel coffee!” Her response? “ I can add more milk.” So they basically gave me a small in a medium cup and charged me for a medium. This isn’t the first coffee I’ve gotten here thats been light on the contents either. Plus they keep the doors locked in the morning because they don’t want customers coming in and prefer them to use the drive through. The Dunkin on oakridge drive wonderful and that’s where I’ll go from now on.
This location has consistency.. with terrible customer service and disgusting coffee. I get that each location is owned independently, maybe that’s why this one is horrible. Not to mention they’re combined with baskin robbins but don’t you dare ask for a coffee that entails them using anything baskin related before 12, whether they’re busy or not, whether you go inside or not. They’re too lazy to make it. Dual highway location NEVER disappoints! Probably why they’re 10000 times busier.
