Online it said they were open at 11:00 am, but when I went into the mall at 11:30 am and walked to their counter, the Cinnabon employee at the counter was not very friendly or helpful and after I stood there for a minute waiting for assistance, I still had to ask for her attention for her just to tell me she can’t help me and that they aren’t open until 12:00 pm. Horrible customer service.

I love any Cinnabon but if I had to rate this one I'd give it a 4 star based on the Cinnabon being a good item but they aren't very friendly. Friendliness goes a long way in any business. Would definitely be 5 stars if they were better. Do not get me wrong, they weren't bad people just didn't feel the welcoming that you'd normally get at other 5 stars and that sometimes is what seperates one 5 star from a 4. Enjoy them either way. The food is great, the location is nice and the place is kept clean.The employees however often seem to miss various bits of the order. They seem unfocused and unwilling to even take your order.
