I never leave bad reviews, but this chipotle really is awful. I ordered tacos as I always do and they gave me maybe a teaspoon of the guacamole I paid over $2 extra for. I didn’t get the sour cream, I didn’t get the extra salsa, and I didn’t get the extra cheese. Usually these tacos should be overflowing but there was less in one of the tacos than I get at Taco Bell. And my husband did not get the double meat he ordered and received the tiniest burrito. Do yourself a favor and go to any other chipotle.
Chipotle is a hit or miss. I went to the one in dual hwy. Was clean and service was fast. I did get what I paid for as in they didn't skimp on the meat rice or beans however I did have to tell them to fill it a bit more. I think the key to getting what you pay for is going in a d not playing an on line order. My experience w on line ordering has been negative. I got a barbacoa burrito w specialty greens, rice beans and cheese. It was delicious ? I will add that they are becoming a bit too pricey however they are better than two bell. Taco bell gave a malnourished taco last night lol for extreme pricing.
Chips aren't crunchy and cold. The carnitas burrito not evenly seasoned. This store need to improve the quality of the food being served.?
We have been to this location on several occasions. Every single time it has been a poor experience. Cold food, slow service, and notorious for not having several items- cheese, lettuce, fajitas, chips, drinks, hard shell tacos (this last visit- all of these items weren’t available) and those are just my experiences- who knows what else is missing. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt between new location, pandemic, employee turnover- but at this rate- I cannot recommend going to this location.
Took 10 minutes to get my food in the drive through even though I arrived 5 minutes late to get my food. It made me and my daughter very sick. Do not recommend here at all. The worker was nice, that’s about it
Doesn’t matter what time of day you come or what are you order. Staff always have an attitude, slow and lack of workmanship. If you want something prepare to spend an extra 20 minutes because food will never be done.
I’m completing this review before I eat my food. I can’t believe I actually ordered food here but I really wanted quick Mexican food. But this will be the last time I come here because it was a dump!Literally every table was dirty with food on it. One table even had an unfinished drink on it. No napkins in the dispensers. Just disgusting.
This location often makes mistakes. The most recent one today? My husband ordered a quesadilla, which was definitely not a quesadilla (see picture). You can see on the label it's supposed to be a quesadilla, but I guess they just couldn't be bothered? Also, I asked for extra lettuce.... this is not extra lettuce. We won't be going back for some time.
This location is a great addition, as the next closest one is on the opposite side of town. Chipotle seems to always be busy, and this location was no exception. I had ordered ahead, attempted to use the drive thru and after 30 minutes I left, as I had other things to do. When I went back 1.5 hrs later, the food was there waiting for me and the line was non-existent at that time. Fortunately I didn't mind that it was cold at that point because I always order a salad, but for those that get the hot food it really wouldn't be ideal. The order was correct and the staff at the window was friendly. But during "peak" times, expect to wait for a long amount of time.
Giving 4 stars based on my order tonight. Have had issues in the past with serving sizes but everything tonight was great so hopefully the previous critical reviews have helped make a change for the better
