Great service and great food .
I got the completely wrong order, but my boyfriends was fine. how do you mess up that bad? probably wont ever come back to this one. absolutely ridiculous.
Very disappointing. They have been skimping on everything specially if you order online. And they get the orders wrong. I mentioned specifically sour cream on the side which they did provide as well as on the bowl!!!Come on just close your store down if business is that bad.
Look at these tacos…this is what $11+ gets you. Either someone doesn’t know how to make a taco or Chipotle is skimping on everything.You lost me as customer after this.
I normally have a fine time with this building, but today my cashier decided to pick his mouth before he handled my food. It was already wrapped thankfully, but that's extremely unsanitary and I'm pretty unhappy with it. Thus the two stars.
The last two visits to this location were flops for me. My last visit slid this restaurant into my category of will not be eating there anytime soon. I did a mobile order, which was not the issue. My side containers were barely filled. The bowls tasted old, which threw us off dramatically. The rice was crunchy. The beef was burnt to a crisp. Later on in the middle of the night, my fiance and I both got sick, and this food was the only thing we ate.
I enjoy the food but have had two experiences where employees forgot to add meat to the order when doing pick up. They are typically very busy so it is understandable and contacting customer service gave me a refund.
The food was good and I love the bowls they have. The portions of food is great for big eaters, those who are not, the portions are huge. Overall the food is fresh and is made right to order.
It's hit or miss with this Chipotle. Sometimes my order is good or made right sometimes it is not. I usually do order ahead through the app cause it's always busy.
They don’t require the public to put their mask on. And the workers who serve and cook the food only wear them halfway. It’s a whole pandemic and covid cases are on the rise. Maybe they’re not aware on the transmission of covid but not wearing their mask properly they’re putting customers at risk. That’s hella gross
