I have been going to China king for years and years. And I have never been treated so rude as what I was the other day the woman hung up on me and then I was told that my food would be ready in 10 minutes I waited about 15 or 20 Before I went to pick it up. And as I waited in line I went on and paid the lady. She was extremely rude. Good. And she started waiting on someone else I said excuse me I don't have my food yet she said well it's not done yet. I said OK well then could I please get a receipt she said NO we don't give receipts to people who pay cash. The gentleman that took my order over the phone came out to me about 5 or 10 minutes later and ask me what was I waiting for I told him I had ordered some soup and he went in the back and brought it straight out. That was ridiculous I had to wait almost an hour for a bowl of soup because the woman was so rude and I mentioned it to the supervisor and he totally he totally dismissed it. Read it I guess hes so hard up for help he don't care how people treat their customers. I used to be a customer. But I'm gonna tell everybody I know about the treatment that I received and gonna put it on Facebook too.
1 hour and 30 mintues to receive our food , and with food being cold to warm with our drinks not being of what we ordered as well. Yet, at least the food was correct, but not even on New Years eve has food taken that long. This was our first time ordering from here, and our last.
Service is fast. But this place smells bad. I'm mean real bad. I wouldn't be surprised of they had a bug problem. I'm glad I wasn't eating here. Uber eats pizza pick up
Can’t speak for everyone else, but I got delivery and the food was punctual and hot. Tasted perfectly find to me, like normal Americanized Chinese fare.The Singapore style may fun has bell peppers in it, which is a nice addition. In conclusion, would recommend if you’re in the mood for some standard Chinese food.
It’s been awhile since I ate here but tonight I ordered and it was not the same. Very bland and mostly veggies! Where’s all my shrimps and crab. Sorry China king you disappointed me tonight
We get takeout weekly from them. Great food, Great prices and friendly people everytime.
