Beef on a Stick was chewy, spring rolls were burnt and blackened , and sweet and sour chicken had dark meat in it. Wouldn’t order from them again.
This was the worst food I have ever gotten chicken egg foo yong was RAW, half a container of dipping sauce for the fried dumplings when I called to complain they acted like they couldn’t hear me on the phone all 3 times, I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

OK - So you want good authentic tastes and sauces not like what you get in Panda Express at the airport...? Welcome to China Gourmet. I've been eating here for nearly 20 years and most of the family still runs the place. They did go through a chef change once in that time. Their food is so good and so consistent its unbelievable. From the apps, to main dishes - 5 stars. Try double cooked beef, shrimp in lobster sauce, fried dumplings, and ANY of the chefs choices you will be impressed by this hole in the wall. This is NOT an eat in proposition. Quite frankly a turn off if you choose to venture inside. They are very reasonable and they deliver. The BEST in Hagerstown. The buffet in the same shopping cent can't hold a candle to this family.
worst chinese food ever, will ,never go back. the shrimp egg foo youg was nothing but egg and onions, the ribs tasted old and dry terrible!
This is very small family owned take out restaurant. I am very picky about my Chinese food because of allergies. I discovered this place and is the only place for me to get Chinese. The owner is very nice. Food prices are decent and the food is very tasty. I hope they stay open forever.

Their food is the best all around, the Seafood delight is delicious, shrimp fried rice has so much shrimp...I can't even wait til I get home to eat it, we just eat in the parking lot!!
