This is one of my go to spots when I know it want good food. My servers are always awesome which makes me happy because I get to tip big. But let me tell you about today, that Big Bacon BBQ Burger..............!!!!!!! Oh my gawd, woooooooooooooohhh! That Thang was hitting from every angle, and was BIG. I was only able to eat half the burger, and on top of that got that sleep itis at the table. Wishing at that very moment I could just go flop on Grandmaz couch and take a nap. Chili's in Hagerstown and all of their staff rocks!!!!!!!!! I've never had a bad experience here at all.
The young lady that was out waitress was brand new. She was doing the best she could. The food SUCKED.. children wings were hard. Salad was soggy, we never got my husband's hamburger after 1 and a half hrs.mgr said that it was never placed so he put it in still no meal till we all were fine and ready to go. Very unsatisfied with this visit.
Everytime I am here, something is wrong. The first time our waiter leans on our table over our food which was disgusting. The next time I go my steak was so rare I could not eat it and they didn't break out my fiance's fries. When I addressed the issue all he did was apologize and say he forgot instead of fixing it. I will never go back to the Chili's in Hagerstown, MD.
They are grossly inconsistent. Especially with toppings on their big mouth burgers and quality of make/build. ? makes for a total mood killer when your hungry( and you are expecting gold and get gold plated)
Not only was the food cold upon reaching our table, it was extremely disorganized. Queso came out before drinks and/or chips. Everything was just a disaster. Oh and the view left something to be desired ?
The food was good. The kitchen was slow, but not horribly so. Our waitress seemed to disappear a lot and didn't check in much considering how long we were there.
Great food. Get the cheese in the skillet to have with your chips. Due to someone in our party being part of the rewards program took money off of our bill. I found that the menu was easy to understand and everything was clearly marked with its prices. I appreciated that as someone that had never been to a Chili's before, it made it much easier for me.
It took 24 minutes to get my drink and the place was empty. then our burger was burnt. We asked to speak to a manager and he decided not to come talk to us. When we were getting ready to leave we asked when he was coming and she said he left. Noel came to talk to us, she was very professional she should be the main manager because he didn’t care to even bother with us even though we specifically asked to speak to him. Thank you Noel for stepping up and caring about your customers.
There was a three person efficient team running the whole place! They did an excellent job. I hope the big boss increases their wages accordingly!
Chilli's as normal. Their curbside is bad. Have had to come down to pick up my food as they will not come outside to ask or deliver my food even though it's curbside.
