Chic-fil-a is generally known for its fast & friendly service (and of course delicious chicken) but this location is the exception. I’ve never had an issue with the food itself, but they are notoriously slow (especially when the restaurant IS NOT busy), and very rarely friendly. In 2 out of my last 4 visits, they have made me wait over 15 minutes after ordering my food (small 1-2 meal orders), and I’ve only heard “my pleasure” or even “you’re welcome” once. There is one young man (short, with light hair cut close and wearing a reflector vest) who went out of his way to be rude and make me wait when my order was ready behind the counter (he didn’t know I had moved to wait where I could see him bagging my order). Very disappointing as I never run into issues at any other CF, or anywhere else for that matter.
Always enjoy and received great service. Food is always good for the most part. But what I don't understand, why in the world you would quit serving your egg, chicken and cheese bagel.Only answer I have come up with, now your able to sell a smaller breakfast sandwich for more money. Just don't think it was right then and it is not right now to us that enjoyed that breakfast sandwich. It would be great to see the egg, chicken and cheese bagel back on your Menu again
First of all I don't eat here. In fact, personally, I don't understand the "craving" factor that seems to infect their customers. So, as far as the food goes, it's not just my tastes (except the shakes! They're phenomenal!!).All that said, the wife and kids love the place. They're the ONLY fast food place we really ever go to (we go about 2 to 3 times a month). Personally, what truly impresses me is the smoothness of their operation, consistency of overall quality (food, experience and site appearance/upkeep), and the universally pleasant and impeccably polite staff. They're amazing. Every time.While I may not care about the food, personally, I have to credit them for the near flawless perfection of the way they operate.5 stars.
Service is always great! Much like we’ve come to expect from the chain, this store is no exception! Traffic gets wild around lunch and dinner. I recommend using the mobile app when possible to do curbside pickup! Their team is always courteous and very quick!
Never got a wrong order, food has always been hot and fresh, and there are so many options for ordering, if you're into 'chikin', that is. I personally like to mobile order on my way so my food is ready on arrival.It's been 'my pleasure' to write this review for a fast food joint filled with the kindest people.
We did both inside and drive through today. Both were easy and efficient. The parking lot is crowded making it a little difficult to get in and out, but that's the only downside.
Good was and tasty. I ordered the grilled chicken. Service at window was the best. He didn't really acknowledge me. The one who took order outside was pleasant. Cant remember names now.
Excellent customer service. Most courteous employees and of the food is excellent. This company has drive- thru ordering hands down over other fast good restaurants. Can't say enough good things about this business. They are busy all the time.
The service was very nice, friendly & efficient, margaritas refreshing & so good & shrimp fajitas delicious! A little more pricey than your average Mexican restaurant, but this place wasn't average. I'll definitely be back.
Everything was great. The correct order every time. Everyone is always super perky and ready to serve. Always remember, if you need a gift card, go inside. Lol
