This was my first time trying at a checkers.-Inside of restaurant was clean-bathroom was clean-fries had a good crisp, were seasoned well and tasted good.-staff wasn't friendly, woman who started transaction wasn't friendly. A second woman who completed transaction did not even acknowledge me, didn't say a word just indicated for me to stick my card in.-burger was very sloppily made, so I don't know if this is the norm. Ketchup and mayonnaise appeared slapped on, it was soggy and bun was partially broken.
Each time I go to this restaurant, the food is hot and freshly made, including the fries. There might be a minute or two waiting, but it's worth it. The burgers are assembled with care, not just thrown together as you find at Mcdonald's or Burger King and you won't find soggy fries there either. Very highly recommended.
Horrible customer service. Website lists it’s open till 11 but at 10:23 I was told we could have only 3 menu items by a very rude Jessica that could barely even speak English. I’ll never go back if that’s what they hire as management completely unprofessional and downright lazy
The workers do not even acknowledge you when you come in , they food was cold I stopped going there I don’t go to get food to feel like I’m getting on someone’s nerves when I’m just going to get food.Yeah Updating my review since my last review things have changed tremendously and I can say the customer service has gotten better and my food has been fresh so good job keep it up guys ??
Food was good ,but my husband had to use the bathroom it was in bad shape no towels or tissue wasn't that busy that someone couldn't checked it. Last time for us.
