I have seen Costellos tucked away for over a year now and a few weeks decided to give it a try..ordered various thing to last a few days I had to be away from the kitchen due to construction....I will tell you this....they are fantastic!!!!! Right now it is a one man operation, but he is getting more help.....everything I got from them was fantastic. I have been there several more times..including this evening and feel it is important to share this diamond in the rough.....truly you wont be disappointed!!!
We live close by and order/eat in at this place 2 or 3 times a week and I must say,I have NEVER eaten anything that I have not liked.. Best Chicken Parm dinner / Sub ,Steak and cheese ,chicken Alfredo and flat bread cheese steaks around Htown. Yes, it does take a couple extra mins due to short staff but, the owner told me he would rather take a little extra time to due things right , instead of rushing and put out unsatisfied food,makes sense to me! Was just there, waited 10 mins for service, open signed lit up, and we sat down. 2 girls come in and they were loud and still no one was around. I got up to the counter to see if I could see anyone in the kitchen. No one was to be seen. I said out loud how no ones even here they could get easily robbed. Still noone to be seen.Go back to the booth and waited and the phone rings, and someone pops up from the bottom of the counter in the kitchen like they were sleeping or do something. They just lost service because someone couldn't do their job. And no one was even in there literally customer wise besides us and 2 girls that walked in. This location was a disappointment
My grandparents order from here a lot and I enjoy the food and the meatball marinara sub is one of not the best I've ever had to date

The food is wonderful, best food around town I think. The variety is amazing. I moved to the area about a yr ago and have been trying other places but Costellos def takes the cake.... also I would like to take a moment to praise the gentleman working at the register at around today around 1 pm because a group of the kids came in and one was a rql punk. He was extremely rude to the point his friends told him to stop. This employee handled himself in the best way possible better than I would have.. great place. Wonderful food and amazing staff. I tried Castellos and I highly recommend. BEST food i’ve had in a while!! The owner is the only one in there killing it every single day. He will have me as a customer for life (:
