It was absolutely awful. Hash Browns tasted like soap and the French Toast Sticks were soaked in grease. Paid $17.00 dollars for meals that we could not eat. No offer of refund. Manager was very rude and the Cashiers were using foul language. Would never go there again or recommend this place ??

This is my request for no onion. Same as when I drive thru on Feb 8th. Not returning to this location.

Very friendly and precise service at the drive thru! The employee happily worked through a difficult order with child food issues and perfectly delivered exactly what we had ordered. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Everything you could hope for from the drive thru!

We have been to this location multiple times and they have been closed early. Sometimes there are even people inside and they still don't answer the drive through. We have been there 5-10 times, and most of those times the workers are either rude or messed up our order. We have been to many different burger kings and this one is the worst by far. We have given them many second chances but they have run out.

Come on Burger King. Two days in a row I chose to go to McDonald's because your lobby was closed due to staffing. How about closing the drive thru instead. But seriously if you can run the drive thru you should be able to run the lobby.

My food was hot and ready even they were short staff.

We went threw the drive thru they were suprisily fast with taking the order and getting the food and the food was hot I was very impressed

Very fast, friendly service. Food was kind of cold and it was around lunchtime, which was odd. Still was good.

I came through the drive thru on Monday 10-25 I was greeted by the most friendly voice I’ve heard on a speaker at a fast food restaurant. The lady was very eager & pleased to help me figured out what we wanted. She recommended the new chicken sandwich. When i got to the window the lady there was name was Keila & I asked her if I can speak to the manager she told me that was her. Then I thanked her for being so patient and helpful. And let me tell you that chicken sandwich was nice hot and delicious. Burger King you need more employees and managers like Keila great job. I will be returning

HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER WHO DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE IF I COMPLAINED OR NOT.AFTER SEVERAL ESCALATIONS ( THROUGH DIFFERENT CHANNELS) REQUESTING A CALL BACK FROM A HIGHER UP I RECIEVED AN EMAIL THAT SAYS THEY TAKE MY FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY AND WILL ESCALATE IT THE OWNER AND UPPER MANAGEMENT WHO WILL REACH OUT. IT'S BEEN ALMOST A WEEK AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. UPON FOLLOWING UP THEY SAID MY CASE SHOWED CLOSED AS IT WAS ' RESOLVED "OBVIOUSLY, CUSTOMER FEEDBACK DOES NOT MATTER ERGO THE STAFF/MANAGER COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.BURGER KING SHOULD BE EMBARESSED OF HOW POORLY I WAS TREATED IN RESTARAUNT AND HOW THEY HANDLED THE COMPLAINT.
