Good food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. I would like to acknowledge Sherrie for her outstanding service and hard work. She took our order and while it was being prepared she helped push out orders at the drive through window and worked the fryers. She greeted us when we arrived and when we left with a friendly smile. She made our dining experience very pleasant. I would like to recommend that she receive a bonus or reward for her hard work. Thanks Sherrie!

Tonight I waited what must have been at least 5 to 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker at the Dual Highway Burger King just for someone to help me. After finally taking my order, I get to the window and they try to charge me for the wrong order. After finally figuring out which order is mine, they have me pull forward to wait for my order. OK that's fine whatever. This took what seemed like an eternity but at least I know the order will be fresh. But then upon checking my order after I receive it, I immediately see I'm missing both fries. So I go inside, because the drive thru line is ridiculously long still, and then have to wait even longer for the employee at the counter to help someone else with a credit card problem, then finally gets me my replacement fries. I then drive home, only to discover that my chicken fries were also missing, but I missed catching that because I was already so frustrated at the terrible service. I will not be returning to that Burger King ever again.

Tried the impossible whopper, it was surprisingly pretty good. As a non meat eater I typically don't do imitation meat very often but I would get that again.

This is absolutely the worst customer service i have experienced. I refuse to ever enter this store again. I watched customers stand in line for a good 2 or 3 mins without being acknowledged a woman politely was letting the workers know there were people waiting to order. When she spoke every employee looked at her in absolute disgust. The one worker very rudley said he will be with you when he is done. The woman walked away upset, while the worker rolled her eyes.After reading the other reviews they should either shut down or hire better employees people i guess dont realized no customers no money. I understand you get busy but turning your back on your customers and never looking to see if anyone is there is pure laziness and absolutely rude and disrespectful.

I can say I was surprised I have never eaten this Burger King before because it's dual highway and I'm always afraid of food and do highway cuz it's not good I'm telling you right now it's worth going to who was hot cashier's were very friendly

I will not be returning to this location. This was by far the worst customer service experience. The staff was extremely rude. When the order was messed up the cashier got an attitude and became disrespectful. When we pulled up to the window the guy working pretty much threw the food out of the drive thru window into our car. When we arrived it appeared to be closed and I now know why. Do NOT go to this location

Went through the drive through today, the person the headset was very nasty to the person in font of me. When my time came, nasty to me as well. In short get someone with better customer service skill on the headset

Worst experience at a Burger King. Had to go back two times to get things they "forgot" to include in my order. The manager is a complete pompous ass. Extremely standoffish with ZERO people skills. BK must truly be hard up. This lady should not be loved around people let alone manage a restaurant.

Always appears to be closed and the staff that works at this location are awfully rude… the absolute worst customer service I ever experienced living in Hagerstown at any food business it’s just sad that you have to call a loyal customer embarrassing just because I need help with a refund on a mobile order I made and they were not able to fulfill that order as they always have something wrong going on and can never make anything customer just awful I personally would never go back to this location ever again my kid was with me and he looked at me like what just happened ? My kid wanted Burger King as a treat for good grades and instead he learned how to be rude ? to a paying customer like it’s not cheap and this is the result I got

I don't get why the lobby closes before the actual time it shows which is 9:00 and why it's closed in the first place, if you are a good delivery driver don't even think about coming to this store too be honest but on a good note the food is decent
