Got appetizers before most of our drinks. Then got most of our food before the last drink arrived. The chicken nacos didn't have chicken and cold. The waitress wanted to just add chicken. Asked for new they came out after all our food. First meal arrived and was wrong. Chicken ceaser wrap no tomatoes was made into Buffalo Wrap. Then came out 10 boneless Buffalo they were fine. Then came the wings they were fine. Finally got the ceaser wrap afterwards. Then finally got the last drink from the bar. Waitress was few far and hardly around. Never once asked if we needed anything. Didnt get a straw till we were walking out the door.
Barley any sauce on the wings, food was cold. Order was brought up after I had arrived at the time it stated it would be ready. Manager would not provide a full credit for the next order and said that I could drive back and return the cold food and waste my time and gas to return. Never had issues like this in Urbana MD to say the least.

I am a regular to bdubs all over this country. Tonight wings sucked and tough and bartender sucked and after I ate 10 Asian zing was no where to be found to refill beer and never did get me water which I asked for before I even ordered. She was too busy flirting with guys down the bar and left me literally dry. The waitress however was more attentive to me and got me napkins and wet naps. She should be promoted to bartender.
I am not one to write a review. I have worked in kitchens and restaurants for 20 yrs. This place needs work. The kitchen staff is slow. We ordered a samper to start. It came out last and cold.I ordered the brisket burger it came out first by itself and it didn't have the burger. It went back the two order for the other two people in my partys food came out. By the time mine came out they where done, and still no sampler. They tried to give me back the same cold fries they first sent back but the server would not let them. By the time I got my fries I was done eating. Over all bad experiences.l will never go back. Place was not busy at all.
1 1/2 hours to get 20 wings WTF, watched them clean tables and seat others and then watched them get thier food while we were still waiting on ours to show up .lot of luck there ,complained to management about it ..he was sorry lmao!!!..then he brought out 1/2 our order and was still sorry roflmao!!! After we had eaten the first 10 wings maybe 15 minutes later we finaly got our last 10 .he said he would discount our bill another joke from him ..needless to we will never go back to this bww,
Great meal, beer, and service. Tessa, the server at the bar, was attentive and great! Clearly as the night progressed it was obvious that the staff was understaffed but I get it. Hang in staff! It will get better. If you go here please be patient and take care of the staff.
My food came at least 10-15 minutes before my girlfriends food. And took just as long. 3rd time here and still disappointed. Positive note the beer was cold.
Building was freezing, server told us heating was broken and that they’ve been working in 57 degrees for a month now?? Wth? Is that legal? Food good service good.
Hagarstown bar staff was awesome. These women were attentive and always available. You are fortunate to have them.
