The food was good overall. My daughter ordered chicken tenders which looked really overcooked and she tried them despite their appearance, she decided quickly that she didn't like them. I told the server and was offered the option of cooking another order which we decided against. Tuna sub was good as were fries and bread sticks. I gave 4 stars only because the server was not very friendly and looked like she would have rather been anywhere but there. Oh and we paid for the overcooked chicken tenders.
I have never met such pleasant young ladies as those who work at BP.Always polite, courteous, and strive to make customers happy. You just don’t see it as much these days.So many places are short staffed and take a bit more time to get the job done. Please be patient. Let’s remember when everything was closed just a little while ago.Related, it did take over an hour fifteen to get a recent order. The delivery driver could not have been nicer. Kept apologizing as staff called in sick.Had a nice chat and enjoyed some delicious pizza and calzone STUFFED with cheese, as it should be.Thanks, Brothers!
We ordered jalapeño popper, chicken strips, taco salad and onions rings and had the food delivered to a local hotel. 45 minutes later it was delivered. The taco salad shell was completely soggy. The poppers were cold and dried out as were the chicken fingers and onion rings. No dressing or forks for the salads. We were traveling so we had no silverware. I thinks it’s possible the meals were made right away but cooled while waiting to be delivered. Maybe under a heater drying out. The food may be good at the venue but once delivered, not very appetizing. Sorry to write such a negative review but we wish we had known.

I order from here quite a lot with my coworkers as we work nearby. I will say the delivery is ALWAYS fast and anyone who has delivered has been pleasant.My reasoning for the 3-star rating is the quality of the food. I recently ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and the lettuce CLEARLY had not been washed. There was dirt all throughout the salad. I could feel it as I chewed. Gross and disappointing. Especially when I'm paying for this. Also, the way the chicken is cut is not great. The amount of chicken is perfect, but, the pieces are too big and there is ALWAYS gristle. It takes two seconds to cut it off (which I do).I realize that's a silly thing to complain about, but, when I have a limited lunch break, I just want to eat and be done.As I've previously mentioned, I order from here often and usually with my coworkers. I really hope that next time, the quality will be a little better.
I enjoyed my food very much. Everything was fresh and made right. I've always had a great experience w/Brother's. This place was one of my dad's favorite sub shop. They are always so polite and get our order right Everytime so far. Thx for the Great food and service...

I've never ever had any complaints with their food! Everything always arrives hot and very tasty! You have to try the garlic knots, they are A-MA-ZING!!!!! Always friendly employees as well! Keep up the good work guys, you have a customer for life!!!
