We made an advance reservation for 40. They accommodated us in every way they could. On the day of our reservation they reserved our tables ahead of time so when we arrived we had no trouble getting seated. We had 2 servers for our group and they were phenomenal. The kitchen sent our food out at a steady pace. Our table shared the Sampler App and Crab Dip, both were very good! Everyone enjoyed thier dinner with no complaints about the quality of the food, sometimes it's hard to make all 40 of us happy but we all left satisfied! Thanks Broad Axe!
WhIle traveling to OH we decided to stop here for a break and some lunch. We had our dog with us and the staff was very accommodating during our stop. The outdoor seating area was a nice, shaded spot and the food and drinks were amazing! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
Great localnwatering hole. In on a busy evening and service was slow but good. They were short staffed and doing the best they could. Food was good. Prices could be better but not bad. A couple shady, under the influence ladies that were refused service which was fantastic to see them handle it well and professionally. Support this local business.
Went here for lunch. They accidentally gave our food to a to-go order but they were extremely apologetic, brought us some chips to hold us over and comped our meal completely unprompted. The food was great and the service was even better. We'll definitely be coming back.

Had the special, steak melt sandwich and a chicken quesadilla. Food was awesome. Great flavor and fast service. My wife had the peppermint Martini and she loved it. It was sweet, creamy and minty - exactly what you're looking for in a winter Martini. Broad Axe has a small kitchen and everything is still cooked to order. Really love the consistency in flavor and presentation of the food. The staff are helpful and attentive. I also really enjoy the eclectic variety of specials that they offer. Great spot to chat and get your fill.
Fantastic food in a friendly atmosphere. The raspberry curry wings are amazing. Also someone brought a puppy in a wee little plaid vest and it was the best thing ever
This place is fire! Their wings were perfectly cooked and lightly seasoned. They have multiple sauces and if you're feeling adventurous try the raspberry curry, it was delicious. The fish tacos were also perfectly presented and tasty(and we all know fish tacos are hit or miss) these definitely hit the spot!For drinks, they have a great craft beer selection alongside the very reasonably priced domestics. As well as a full bar and seasonal specialty drinks.The staff was welcoming and efficient,I can't wait to visit again.
Good restaurant in downtown Hagerstown. Very friendly service. Good selection of sandwiches. They also have specials. Good selection of beers. Good atmosphere and fairly large bar. I tried the Midwest Tenderloin sandwich. It was very good. Great catfish bites as appetizers. I would definitely recommend this place
