Boyfriend and I got a hankering for Bob evans once we were waking up from a 5 hour nap after working all night. We decided to order food for curbside pickup from here which is just a couple minutes up the street, not really expecting it would take 40 minutes but I mean it’s no biggy honestly. Anyway we got a couple things one of which being a gallon of peach tea, sadly when we got to the store the really nice guy that I think was the manager who looked like he was from the show property brothers came out and told us they no longer had the tea right now. He offered to get us whatever other drink we wanted and I really appreciated the kindness. Love this place, also that manager deserves a raise

I’ve lived exactly 5 minutes away from Bob Evans my whole life. For 18 years I have eaten at Bob Evans and not once during any of this time have they EVER gotten my order correct on the first try. Every time I eat in at Bob Evans I have to send the food back because it’s incorrect. Every time I order take out I know to double check it because it will 100% be wrong then I have to send it back. I order home fries, instead I find hash browns that I’m allergic to. I order regular pancakes, instead I get waffles. Like it’s not even like the order is a little bit wrong, it is desperately incorrect. I almost want to apply here for a job to see if I can fix their incredibly drastic mistakes. From someone who worked as a waitress at Cracker Barrel, the servers are only responsible for making the drinks, biscuits, salads, and toppings. So I don’t blame the server for my order being wrong I blame them for not noticed such a big mistake. At the intake counter at Cracker Barrel there is a order ticket that hangs above the metal counter rack where the cooks hand the food off to the servers, servers are responsible for double checking the order before taking it to a customer, it’s ok to miss a small mistake in the order but when it’s as big a mistake as they constantly make the server should notice it. It’s not that hard “Oh she asked for a salad and there’s no salad, only a bagel; maybe her order is wrong” like I’d understand if it was a hard or difficult task but it truly is not rocket science.
This Bob Evans was very clean. The young man that waited on us was very attentative and provided details about items on the menu. Would definitely go back!!

I have a good experience here as long as I eat in. I love eating here on cold days it’s like comfort food . The problems occur when I try to have it delivered. Things get forgotten and most menu items are terrible once cold or reheated. All in all a great restaurant , I would just suggest you eat in or pick up from the store , not have it delivered lol
Food was delicious, service was fast and friendly. Ken was very helpful and patient with us when we didn't know what to order. We left very satisfied customers!
I’m so disappointed Bob Evans! Anytime we come into sit down and eat everything is absolutely perfect, but when we order delivery or pickup not only do you always get the orders wrong but you also either over or under cook the meat/eggs. Even when we’re early to pickup and the food is handed to us with no wait the food is cold I’m so disappointed!
