Super kewl local pub with good food & a few local beers - specifically Antietam Brewery (which is super good beer).
This places sucked a$$. My first time going there a server name Tammy S gave me hell. I was the only black person there and Tammy did a great job making me feel like $hit. Everyone else was greeted properly but me. Not only that but she seemed to have a attitude and when she gave me my bill she threw it on the table and same when she gave me my card. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER!
I was waiting for an appointment; so decided to grab a quick bite to eat. I saw a new restaurant at the end of the strip. I went it; was acknowledged and I asked if I could get a milkshake to go. The waitress replied they only had 2 waitresses and it would be awhile. As I sat waiting; the same waitress Sar 2 other groups of customers. Got their drinks and still did not return to me. I was seated in front of the door as she passed me constantly. I sat for 10 minutes without any more acknowledgement; so I left. I knew Benny's was open but not sure if they were serving food yet as it was around 1:20pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I decided to ho in and get a drink if nothing else. The bartender was there with one other customer & she took my drink order and I decided to get coconut shrimp as I only had 30 minutes left to eat. My food came out immediately and was hot & delicious. I met several other patrons as the afternoon regulars were coming in. It was a very friendly group and I had a quick but delightful 25 minutes. I have been here in the evenings upon occasion but never earlier in the day. I felt safe and around a friendly group. I am not one to frequent a bar type restaurant on my own; but this was a pleasant experience. Thank you. Give this little bar a try if you haven't. Very friendly folks.
We were in the bar for over 20 minutes and never saw a server or any employee. Will never go back and we warned others in the parking lot that were headed in. Ridiculous! No thanks! I will take my business elsewhere!
Had my birthday celebration at Benny's Pub and I had an amazing time. The reserved spot I called ahead for was perfect (right next to the live band), the service was great and attentive, and the food was good. They know how to party at Benny's.
Place was rather full, needed more seating outside in patio. The ? music DJ nee be set up another spot not by tables eat can't even have conversations. The food was great , surprisingly good selection..think short on waitress.
I really love the atmosphere but the last month or so has been horrible and long service wait times. Tip Jars are open only when bartenders want its most convenient and they need more servers to help on busy nights and slower nights. Drinks were made different every time we ordered. The wait has been awhile lately and I really don't wanna give up on this atmosphere and people.
Had to wait 10 minutes for a draft beer at the bar while seated and it wasnt that busy. In that time i noticed a drug deal going down and dealt with the rude regulars who think they own the place. I had there famous burger and I wasnt impressed. Burger King has a better tasting burger. This place is a polished turd dont go there its a waste of time and money.
Love this place. Great atmosphere and the best staff. The menu is packed with choices and it's hard to make a decision on what to eat. Crab dip burger was delicious. Can't wait to come back.
Great bar and hang out spot with a great size menu. Food was classic bar food, it was good for the price. But mainly a fun hang out spot to go with friends rather than as a sit down restaurant, I would recommend.
