Fries amazing but my roast beef cheddar was a little under the temperature I'd have liked

Apparently they cant tell the difference from a sesame seed bun and a onion roll u would think it be obvious but no they clearly are blind
As with most fast food it can be hit and miss. We went in the evening and the restaurant was clean and the food was good. You can't ask for more out of fast food
Can we say RUDE....I went through the drive through and I answered the question I thought the lady asked only for her to get nasty and yell her question. The person taking the money and handing out the food at the window would barely open the window...just a really bad experience
Ordered online and was told they don't do online orders. The cashier promptly went back to waiting on other customers. Apparently she was incorrect. But no communication made to me that my order was indeed being prepared. Very unprofessional.
Curly fries were excellent, but the paper straw made me expend a lot of tiring effort to drink the cinnamon-caramel milkshake. The milkshake also wasn't as rich as I had hoped for how sugary it was (more sweet than anything).

Staff was friendly. Food is always delicious.
The food was great as always but there were very few drink lids and I was served by the store manager who seemed to be more intrested in speaking on the phone rather then serving customers. The lids were a mess and items on the condiment bar needed to be stocked. I also didn't get a recipt with my order so I can't put a review on the company website so this will have to do. I was very disappointed in the customer service with this visit and hope to see improvement in the future. There was also another women who had to wait a considerable amount of time to order.
