So I've had Sushi in a lot of places. Included NYC, Las Vegas ext and this is still one of my favorites. Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to go to Japan, yet, but right now I'm very satisfied with this restaurant. All three locations in Maryland have consistently good food and service. I really love the Salad Roll, the Candy Cane and Crazy Volcano rolls amongst others.
Sushi rolls were an amazing! Even better than the Yama Sushi location in Hampden, and that's hard to beat.
Amazing service and delicious sushi. We have ordered take out from here many times. But only dined in a few times. Calming atmosphere good and hospitable staff and sushi on the house. Would definitely recommend and come again
I have been going to this place for quite some time now and this morning I wanted to leave a positive review because I couldn’t stop thinking about how Wonderful the volcanos Sushi was last night… it tasted like heaven. I normally don’t order Volcano sushi because not everyone knows how to make it wonderful job goes out to the owner and his team thank you!
**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**This place is absolutely hands down the BEST! They have the best prices but the quality of thier food is still great! I got Shrimp Tempura, Pearl of the Sea Rolls, Philadelphia, California, and Maryland Rolls so far and every single one has been amazing. All came packed straight no messy containers and the orders are always right even my specialty order was perfect and separate. The restaurant is clean, beautifully decorated and the service is friendly,fast and very quick! I highly recommend for any time if day!
The food was great and the service was excellent!!! We got the sushi dinner meal and it’s a pretty good value for the amount of food you get. The employees were very nice.*(Side note) My husband had returned to the restaurant after picking up the food because I thought we had received the wrong order. Some employees got yelled at and it turned out the order was correct the whole time. I want to wholeheartedly apologize to the staff for my error. I hate that my mistake got others in trouble. You can tell customer service is important because they were quite upset when they thought the order was wrong.)We would definitely return and recommend Yama.
My first bad experience at Yama. Really is your business suffering that much that you barely roll the sushi with hardly any rice?!?!? Being going to you for years. I think Sushi Q will be my go to sushi if you keep this up.
As a Grub Hub Driver good service means my customers receive good service. The staff here are very nice & my orders are always ready, or just finishing up as I arrive. I LOVE dealing with places that respect that I'm just doing my job as well. ❤❤ The customers I deliver to rave about the place. They say the food is great! I've noticed the Cali roll is a very popular item.
We got three rolls for about $30. They were small and the cooked rolls were dry and overdone. Dynamite roll is practically a staple roll that cab be found at any sushi restaurant; this was the worst I've had. Two stars for at least getting the order right.
