Avoid this chain and especially this location. The child of terrible and disconnected management and organization that doesn’t offer its employees enough to be willing to provide quality food and average service. Waited about an hour and found half the patrons were there because the order they did receive was incomplete. We arrived when employees were there, by the time we left, there were only two.
Food was ok nothing to brag about, watched the 2 people slip and slide all over the floor. Fries were made then sat in the basket above the frier for 20 min, mine were ice cold when got them. The cook looked like used he same bowl to mix all the wings. I got the mango habanero that no flavor what so ever. Over heard the person working the register tell a customer tryibg to place an order were only taking online orders. Wth
The wings we showed no love . The french Fry's were I can't even put into words. It tastes like they dump sugar on it to boost the taste of the fries. The looks of them were a 0.0. the picture that they have posted does it know justice. Not sure if they love cooking. Or just trying to make some money. I will never ever go back there and buy anything from there. The bathroom was awful look like it never been cleaned. The tables were messy we had to clean our own tables. They didn't have napkins they only had a roll of paper towels that everyone touched. The soda machine questionable questionable. Please do not go there and eat. My brother's my brother spoke highly about this place. It is screaming health department. And the one star on there it's only because that's the only way you can get to make a comment if by putting a star so subtract that star by 10. Better yet they can keep that one star because the lady with the red hair was very nice. Very very unsatisfied customer.
Ordered 24 wings and they gave us all drums. Not a single flat. But we have seen there employees separate out flats for themselves or another order while picking up ours. Then manager just flat out lied to us
Forgot to make my order twice, never on time ready for pick up, wings have barely any sauce on them and customer service is poor but at least the ranch was good
I bought 20 mild wings this afternoon. The wings were so dry! The sauce was at the bottom of the bag and I had all drums, no flats. Again, the sauce was non existent, spilled into the bottom of the bag they placed it in and gave it to me that way. The wings were over cooked. Never again!! Never ever!!
Employees are disrespectful and have terrible attitudes. Employees attitudes are a direct reflection of management so it was pointless to ask to speak with the manager. The food was gross. The fries and wings tasted like they were cooked hours in advance. I ordered original hot wings and they taste like regular fried wings dipped in red food coloring to give it the appearance of hot wings. Waste of my money. Will never frequent this establishment again.
I placed an online pick up order 2 hours before I arrived. My order was not ready when I arrived nor were the orders ready for several other customers (12 in total). The location seemed fully staffed, I counted 8 employees. No one seemed to know the order of which the orders were going out. Everyone seemed very stressed and under trained. After being ignored twice by what seemed to be the manager, I canceled my order. I would highly recommend this location be retrained and a new management be placed.
Gets orders wrong or completely forget an order. Seems as if they never double check pickup orders before bagging it up.
Great tasting food. Kind service. Need to improve with drink machine. Will continue to eat there
