White guy at drive thru window (11 am) was disrespectful and yelled at me to back up not once but twice when the lady who took my order said 2nd window. I decided to leave without getting my order. Called and spoke to the manager about his disrespect. She apologized about what happened and actually sounded sincere. I understand it’s fast food but atleast don’t act like a child and yell at me to back up. My kids don’t even talk to me like that. Learn some respect!
Generally this has been a good Wendy's but I went through last night and the service was pretty decent. The food was terrible. My burger was cold and the bread was stale. It's like they grabbed one from the fridge and put it on the grill for a second and then took yesterday's bread that's been sitting out all day and added a piece of cheese to it. Cheese wasn't even melted in the slightest. If the bread was slightly stale I could deal, that happens. This was hard as a rock. Someone should have noticed, as I did before I opened the package. Unfortunately I had already driven away. We will just be visiting a different location for a while. I guess there is a reason they have very few customers.
Today was the worst experience I've had going to this Wendy's. The young lady stated that she was new and didn't know what a number #1 was on the menu. She stated "I'm new tell me what the #1 is on the menu." She was so rude and had an attitude, she wanted to give me food that didn't belong to me. I go out of my way to go to that particular Wendy's.
Bad customer service I got there around 8:40pm and the lights inside were all off!I got home and and the only thing that was freshly cooked was the fries the burger meat looked like they just put back on the grill and put the sandwiches together also the nuggets looked old.I would definitely advise people to go to a different Wendy's!They need new management or close this location with all this bad service and I tried to give them another shot but ??????????
Went here after gym cause friend recommended a chicken burger. Got the food fast and fresh. Its ashame its practically hidden behind the walgreens

Fast, fresh and great customer service. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is they've repeatedly forgotten to add my extra requested toppings. Though, I always check my meal before leaving and they graciously put it on the side for me.
The breaded chicken sandwiches were moist and tasty. The frosties were yummy. Staff were pleasant.
The attitudes and the quality of customer service at this location is awful. The service makes the food taste the sameAvoid going here if you can
