Got to the drive thru and the lady said “just so you know, I’m the only one here and we only have hamburgers.”Like what?? Lol. No fries, no frostys, no nothing.
I ordered my food I didn't check it to make sure it was correct drove home to eat and when I opened it the order was completely wrong. Such a simple job and yet they cannot do it or they just don't care fast food has went to hell no pride in their job it's truly sad I give Wendy's on Ritchie HWY a ??

My son just went to the drive-thru at Wendy's & the host( TIFFANY) on the intercom & at the window was the most pleasant & under standing person I've heard in a long time. I myself stopped going thru the drive-thru's because on more then enough times U can't understand what's being said or vise versa. THANKS Tiffany? Outstanding Customer service in my opinion.
The employee was very disrespectful after we came up to the window with our preorder. She said the system was down and when we asked when it would come back up she had a really disrespectful attitude and acted like we were stupid. She's getting paid to sit around and do nothing, the least she could do is be considerate of us. Not ordering from here again.
Excellent Frosty on this Basketball ? weekend. Team brought order to the car ahead of the schedule time. Excellent service!
The manager does not know how to answer a phone. So unprofessional. The drive thru cashier was rude and unprofessional. The DM need to screen thier staff better. I would not recommend this store. Again Rude and Unprofessional.
This Wendy's is the most disgusting disturbing place I've been to we walked in the employees were literally sitting at the drive through window smoking weed and it reeked of weed. I have asthma.and my wife does as well we couldn't eat there. Not including how rude they employees were when we said something about them smoking weed inside their job. DONT GO HERE UNLESS U WANNA DEAL WITH DRUGGYS.
Food is excellent. However the customer service is terrible. This younger generation needs to learn mannerisms
I absolutely love Wendy's strawberry tea, but not all locations still carry it. They only offer the strawberry lemonade. Some will make it for me anyway, which I appreciate. This particular day, I only went to purchase a frosty key fob for my teenage son as one of his stocking stuffers since he loves frosties.
