I’m beginning to think the employees at this Taco Bell are trained not to give you everything you pay for. Four times in a row now I’ve had 5 to 10 dollars of stuff missing from my order. Might as well call them Pirate Bell, bunch of thieves the whole lot of em.
I've been coming to this location for a long time. I rarely eat fast food but Taco Bell actually has some high standards believe it or not. I have a couple friends who are vegan and like that they have options available. I personally just love the cheesy bean burritos and chipotle chicken melts. They are so good.
As the available employee shortage reeks havoc on our retail market, the young people that work here seem to stay positive. They are always polite & cheery. Kudos to them!!
I really like taco bell, but having to wait an hour to get your food?By the time you get your food you are not even hungry anymore. Not going back to this location
Check your food before you leave the driveway.Firstly, the cashier was rude. Didn't greet me or anything. Didn't confirm the order...just took my card and shut her window.I ordered crunchy tacos with nacho cheese. They forgot to put nacho cheese on my tacos and the meat is cold.This is my second bad experience in a row here. Not going back.
This was the worst experience I had in any fast food restaurant. I waited over an hour for my food and all I could hear is laughing from the employees. The gentleman that actually gave me my food was very unprofessional. I witnessed him give another customer's food to someone else and when the customer returned he had the audacity to try and give that food to the right customer. Now my food was not only wrong but was done very sloppy. Unfortunately this Taco Bell usually has great service and the food is usually very well made. The young lady that did try to help was told to get back to work. No one was at the register to assist any customers. The grill area was dirty. And I watched as an employee burned several orders. Thank goodness that another employee didn't allow him to serve it but if he wasn't told to toss it he would have served it. I hope the manager gets this team back to the old ways and improves the all around performance of the way it was ran. I'll try again and see if it does improve. If so I hope to give this place a better review.
This place is pretty good they let us in right as they were getting ready to close on new years. An they didn't rush or anything and food was good and correct.
I waited 30 minutes just for someone to take my order. There is a tall, white, rude lady in the back that kept angrily yelling in doing the drive thru orders only (in a heavy, Russian like accent). She didn't seem like a team player. There was only 1 lady at the register taking orders, handing orders and handing online orders. She was also having to help the young guy prepare the orders that the rude lady didn't want to do. Horrible!!
SO IT HAS BEENAWHILE SINCE I HAVE BEEN THERE.I GUESS THATS A GOOD TTHINGBECAUSE THEIR MENU WAS MISLEADING AND IM GUESS THEY DONT OFFER SOFT SHELL CHOCKIN TACOS ANYMORE BECAUSE WHEN I TRIED TO ORDER THEM I WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE THEM, BUT THEY WOULD MAKE IT FOR ME, SO WOW ! SO THANK YOU. I GET HOME WITH 2 CHICKEN TACOS, BUT AFTER ALL THAT THEY TURN OUT TO BE REGULAR BEEF TACOS THAT MADE ME HALF SICK, AND WERE WAY OVER PRICED ! NOT SURE WHO RUNS IT ANYMORE, BUT THATS MY LAST VISIT !!!OUCH
We come here about once a month and order throught the Taco Bell app. Everytime we come, the employees have been super friendly and get our crazy order right! Tonight, we came in and they were super busy. They didn't hesitate to help us get our order and made sure it was right.
