I walked in to order, one of the workers was too busy talking to his friend/girlfriend. He did end up coming over but was still invested with other things than focusing on my order. I asked for a foot long turkey on Italian bread and he proceeded to start putting others meats on it. Then proceeded to start putting a random cheese on it. After this I asked for veggies on only half my sub, not 3/4. Then requested salt and pepper on the same half but he proceeded to put it on the whole sub. Instead of making it right he tried getting away with just taking the cheese off when it was clearly on other parts of the sub. Never again will I go to this location. If I could gove it 0 stars I would and corporate has been contacted.
My sandwich was poorly made. Nothing I asked for Was on my sandwichI told them no cucumbers no spinachAnd no tomatoes which I am allergic to.?
Convenient local sandwich shop. Just be aware that they do not honor local specials or coupons. If you're okay with paying full price, then stop by. Next nearest is down South Boulevard. They are very friendly there with great service.
Wouldn't even give one star if I had the option to.Ordered food from this location on the 24th around 7pm, The system accepted my money but never delievered my food! I checked the website before ordering and It said open, I went down there to find it closed! Called everyday after that just for the phone to ring and ring... tried again today and a guy picked up, I told him the situation and if I can have a refund. He says he can not do that and gets an attitude with me about them not doing their job right on making sure their website is up-to-date, He even had the audacity to say my order never was accepted when I have proof in my bank account AND subway order history that it has! Thanks for taking my money! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.
Been in a few times- the same young guy is always working- he has been on a phone call each and every time I have gone through the order process. I have to watch him or he will put the wrong stuff on my sub. He also has an attitude when you correct his mistake.
Didn't realize that this location closed at 9pm but when I arrived, the OPEN sign was still on. As I walked in, I am immediately faced with a man who works there, waving his arms, yelling at me to basically leave because they were closed. I literally walked in at 9:01pm. Very unprofessional and this use to be my go to Subway but I will no longer visit this location. I understand the store is closed, even though your OPEN sign was still on, but the rudeness is what did it for me.
Placed a online order - picked it up and got home our meatball subs were not even hot, ingredients were missing that were requested and we all got sick!!!! FOOD POISONING! So if you visit this location make sure your food does not have to be cooked and it is at proper temperature or just don't go to this location.
