Always slow and always sold out of everything…
I’d be lying if I said that I don’t frequent this location with alarming regularity but I think what makes this location the best is not only the amazing employees that work here but that my coffee is always amazing everytime — and I come here sooo often!All the baristas here are so kind, cheerful, and always seem to go the extra mile!Forever pulling up the drive thru almost every day of the week!
This place was the absolute best!! I decided to try a custom drink for the first time ever today. The guy who was running the drive thru was amazing! He seemed so excited to hear about this drink (the Cosmo and Wanda frappe) and to help create it. He patiently waited when my kid started crying and was very polite. The drink tastes AMAZING! And I may order again one day. I also ordered a pink drink custom and it tasted so amazing as well. This is my favorite Starbucks by far and I can't wait to be able to sit and relax there!
Waited over 10 minutes mocha frap grande.The young lady act like she didn't want to be at work The young men who were on drive thru getting orders out in a timely manner.The frap was the worst I've ever had a taste like water with color. She says I can make it over for you no thanks I'm late for work it's 2 other Starbucks in the area .
I went in was greeted politely and the order went smooth until I asked for no Mango in my dragonfruit drink and the cashier told me that Mango and dragonfruit are the same fruit and its not possible to remove 1 without removing the other because dragonfruit is the same as mango......I wish I was joking it took me a minute to realize she was serious and thought that they were the same fruit, so I said alright and then got my drink before someone who ordered 2 orders ahead of me
Line is usually pretty long, but they keep it moving. Good drinks. Staff is generally always nice and helpful.
On January 21st, 2022, I visited one of my local Starbucks here in Glen Burnie Maryland. Over the last year, I’ve actually met a few very nice people here, whom I now call friend.On the 21st, upon entering this store, I placed my order for my coffee, walked over and placed my cup on a pedestal towards the exit of the store, where a fellow was sitting in one of the chairs in the area. This fellow demanded that I not sit in the seat. Upon settling in the seat, this fellow whomI perceive had mental issues, began to insult me with vulgar language. There were Starbucks area managers having a meeting at a table right next to us, they ignored this fellow as I did as well. This fellow appeared to get highly agitated and tapped by hand as I reach for my cup. When I took my cellphone out, he ordered these managers to take my phone, stating that I was videoing him. The female manager actually approached me, telling me I was violating some Starbucks rule, instead of addressing this vulgar individual. When she asked me to move to the back of the store , I became really offended, telling her that black people should not be treated as second class citizens. Thank God a very professional Area manager was present, he(Aaron Thompson) intervened and properly handled the situation. I glad Aaron was present during this incident, he affirmed my view and love of Starbucks brand. I’ve travel all over the world and I frequently posted great Starbucks moments on social media. Starbucks Rock.
Most of the time they're on point, but every once in a while their consistency is lacking. And at those prices, that shouldn't be the case....the staff in the drive thru line has always been friendly. If you go in for a mobile order you don't get greeted, I totally understand they're busy but a two second acknowledgment would be nice.
Tonight after eatting at the supreme hibachi grill, we went to Starbucks to get coffee for our ride home. The restaurant was very clean and sanitized. The staff were very friendly, fast, accurate . The drink was made just right it wasnt a Very strong coffee taste
This place is the absolute best! Perfect customer service and they're always so sweet and rocking music!
