Customer service could have been a little better.
The service was great
I find their take out service to be slow. Every time I have have been there, it took about 10-15 minutes to get a cup of coffee.
Saturday mornings need more than one employee...the poor barista was slammed!
Disgusting coffee. Maryland locations need to be retrained— especially this location. The worst coffee I’ve ever had from a Starbucks location. I miss Hawaii & Chicago Starbucks.. I didn’t think there’d be such a difference in quality.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my free coffee for veterans day only to be told that they weren't honoring it here. At the very least, they could have put a sign up so I didn't have to waste my time.
