Bought 2 venti coffees here today, got home and found neither had any espresso in it. They gave me flavored milk for $12. I'll stick to the actual Starbucks.
This Starbucks can NEVERRRR make a drink right! Nothing they make taste like how it should. This has happened like 3 separate times. It’s so annoying!

I shopped at this target today. I really wanted a Venti Iced white chocolate mocha. So I decided to stop at this Starbucks. Big mistake. I was completely ignored. I didn't even get acknowledged. I stood there for 10 minutes. There were people ahead of me that got helped. I was the only one in line. I'm pretty sure I know why I wasn't helped. Not posting that because I don't want crazies showing up there. All people want is to be acknowledged. All they had to say was we aren't helping you. I did walk away. By the way it's not a bad shirt I was wearing.
After checking out from target I decided to stop at the Starbucks for my favorite combo. A cheese danish and carmel macchiato. When I went to grab my order I noticed it was in a plastic cup with ice. ? I am not an iced coffee person regardless of the season I like my coffee hot. Also I didn't specify wanting "iced" coffee. I alerted the cashier and the barista mentioned it was his mistake and he would remake it. He sits down ANOTHER plastic cup ?...I'm thinking maybe it was at LEAST warm...no...cold coffee again only without ice. Smh. At this point I was over it and realized why the guest leaving prior to me wished me good luck with my order. I took it and left...to say I was satisfied is an understatement. I couldn't even drink it. What a total waste if ten dollars.

Haley the barista is always positive and a pleasure to converse with. Thanks for always makes great salted caramel mochas and for asking how my day has been! My coworker David and I agree that this Starbucks is the best because of you and your fellow employees.
