Fresh hot crabs made to order a little pricey but worth it

This is our first time visiting here and I must admit that these are the best crabs ? I have ever had in a long time. I will make this my new spot, service and friendly staff make a big difference...!!!!
Their crabs are ALWAYS meaty, nicely sized and seasoned well. I drive 45 minutes to purchase from them.
Always get the size crabs that I pay for. Love this place. Very consistent size and prices.
Excellent crabs! We purchased two dozen jumbo, and those bad boys were packed. (.....and huge!!!)

The only good thing about my experience was the host. She was pleasant upon arrival. After we were seated we received our drinks and appetizers, they were okay. All you could taste in the crab dip was mayo and relish, it tasted so weird. Finally the dinner. Our meals took an hour and the only time the waitress came and checked on us was to tell us to be patient the cooks are trying as hard as they can to bring our food out. That's it, never "how are you guys doing?" or "May I get you anything while waiting for your meals?". Finally our food comes the stuffed chicken had this weird taste texture, it was like you were eating a soapy sponge. It tasted so weird, the minute I tasted it I spit it out. The seafood alfredo came out with uncooked scallops and cold shrimps. The waitress had this thing where she kept pointing directing in people's food. She carried the plates with her fingers darn near in the food. Our mood went from happy to just silent. Our bland moods didn't matter to the waitress because she was still going to get her $25 tip (18% gratuity is not worth the service). You could see her checking on others but it was always a hard time getting her to come to our table. This place has great reviews and my first experience was just a lot. No masks, just a waitress who likes to put her hands in your food. I went home and fixed my seafood pasta the next morning. Took excessive amount of alfredo sauce out, cooked the scallops and shrimp better, added seasoning. Came out much better.
