I love this places' chicken. It's so tender and it falls right off of the bone. My only issue when I went there was the staff. I had asked for specific sauces, and they insisted that I was wrong. But when I tasted them, I was correct. I didn't bother going back there to try and get my correct sauces since it wasn't that big of a deal. The place is clean and has a very nice atmosphere, so my only point of concern is that incident. Other than that, I would recommend coming here for dinner, just be very patient with the staff.

The food is amazing. The staff wonderful and kind. I have no complaint about them at all.However - management/store owner: the doordash system you have in your lobby is awful. The chiming. The way a staff member has to be attached to the hip with it. It is disruptive, invasive, loud, annoying, makes the dining in experience unpleasant and honestly - awful for your staff. Your staff all appeared hard working, pleasant, and were truly doing their best. You should be thankful and take pride in them.If I worked there though, that doordash setup alone would be enough to make me quit. I would strongly urge you to consider changing it. Please consider working to decrease the stress of your employees as this surely must be as maddening for them as it was for me and the other poor souls trying to eat their dinner in peace.
Ok, this place is worth the stop despite anything you can tell me you don’t like. Yes, it’s going to be 20 minutes to get your food - order ahead. If you only have a 30 minute lunch break, plan ahead.The food is delicious and it is prepared with care in a precise way - quality is always good because of that. The staff behind the counter are not native English speakers. Listen carefully and be respectful. They are very happy to serve you, even if you are in a rush.Rt2 is extremely busy and access from Northbound is a challenge. The parking lot is in rough shape and there was trash on the ground when I visited today (see the opening sentence)Thanks for my lunch
The chicken was good but as mentioned in other reviews, expect your order to be about 15 minutes past the time they give you online. The vegetables were definitely from a can or bag and took on the taste of the take out container and the potatoes and gravy were similar to what you would find at a buffet. Our order took about 45 minutes to get and the sides and sauces were cheap and pre-made. I would also like to add that after eating here my stomach wanted to immediately evacuate everything I ate, and I blame the cheap pre packaged sauce that expires in 2 weeks that I stupidly tried.
I love this restaurant. The food is great. But they recently took my favorite item off the menu, the Inca Burrito. ?. Very disappointing ?. I ordered it all the time. I won't be ordering as often now, but I still think their food is great. So happy to get sides that are veggies. But please bring the Inca burrito back or at least be willing to make it for someone who wants it. ?
Sardi's consistently offers hot fresh chicken that's very well seasoned and a variety of delicious sides. My recent visit there I saw they've added a lot of new things to the menu. They now offer sandwiches and salads! I still got the traditional chicken. Which was delicious as usual. I also got garlic broccoli and the seasoned green beans. The green beans were spectacular, they are truly not to be missed. The whole chicken by itself was around $17, with no sides. With two large sides it's around $27. Which is a great deal. They are very generous with the sides, and the chicken is fantastic. Inside was very clean, and they know how to move through the line so I did not have to wait too long. Highly recommend and will return
I have been coming here for a little over a year!!! Their customer service has improved significantly! When I go into the store I am always greeted with a smile! When i called today to place my order on the phone i was greeted by name and they woman even knew my order! It was very shocking and I was having a terrible day but she turned that around!
Me and my homie was on a buzzness trip and On this visit the chicken was as dry as it looks, the rice had yesterday's chicken and some canned vegetables. However the fried plants was delicious ??
I will never visit this location again. I placed an online order, and when I arrived there was no one in there. The staff were clearly busy with other online orders delivery orders, but not once acknowledged us online orders waiting. Then, an employee decided to take her break and order food. Fine until she got in front of the entire line. How is that considerate for those waiting? If you can’t tend to the waiting customers before worrying about how your hair looks, than maybe that job isn’t for you. Do not recommend AT ALL.
