So I gave two stars because the gentleman who rung up my order was nice. Other than that the fish was bland, no seasonings at all. The Mac and cheese wasn't good. Even the fries werent good, they looked undercooked(pale no crisp to them at all) Oh, I also bought a piece of cake. It wasnt freshly made thumbs down! Overall a waste of my money and time! Won't go back and do not recommend!
Ugh I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for years and the food has been AMAZING. Definitely recommend calling ahead of time for your order because there is always a wait. Which is expected since the food is amazing. They have daily specials that they post on there Facebook page which I fell in love with I find myself looking on there everyday to check the special. It’s also a lot more convenient so you can just see if it’s something you like rather then just call. Just my opinion. Highly recommend!!!!

So I always come here when I'm craving seafood or some down home good cooking. Their coleslaw is the best you'll ever have & their seafood is cooked perfectly every single time. It's definitely a great place to eat at. In fact, when I first moved back to Glen Burnie I was getting my car worked on & asked what's the best place to eat at a local shop & I was directed here, I've been coming here ever since. Considering what you're ordering you really get a good portion & at a great price. I've really been happy with everything I've ordered thus far. Every time I have a picnic I make sure to get a large potato salad & coleslaw & it's always a big hit with everybody. I'm working my way eating through their menu & it really has been quite delicious.
Best Cream of Crab around. Their new daily specials have been a big hit. Great local restaurant that has been part of the community for years.
My husband and I visited this place from Virginia Beach. We were very disappointed to say the least. We spent about $100. We ordered a lot of food. The softshell crabs were great, but it stopped there. The oysters were flavorless. The fries catfish followed suit. The crab cakes tasted like they needed to be incorporated a little more and cooked longer. Also, the flavor wasn't anything to run home about. The macaroni and cheese tasted like Stouffer's. I'm not sure why there wasn't any seasoning on the food, but, we were extremely disappointed. I wanted to take the food back, but my husband said not to. Long story short, we won't be back.
Their food is excellent and they make everything in house and their sandwiches and Subs are The best and they don't skimp on the lunchmeat or tuna salad or Shrimp salad when preparing your food.
The girl that makes the peach cobbler is SO TALENTED. Hands down BEST peach cobbler in the universe, I bought two with my fiance two days ago came back today and grabbed the last two they had. That girl deserves an award oh my God
It's been 22 years since we had to move away from Severn due to a job transfer and we still talk about how great the food and service was at Roy's. It was always a struggle to decide between the baseball crab cakes and the cheeseburger sub. Everything we had there was great! I still remember what the young man who waited us on looked like. I wonder what ever became of him.
Amazing cream of crab, hot dogs, and shrimp macaroni salad! Was a little dissapointed that they only fry their crab cakes, and couldn't get one broiled. Also, sometimes when you call to place an order, the phone literally rings 30 times before someone finally picks up. Wish they opened a little earlier. Work right up the street, and would love to stop and get breakfast once in a while, but they don't open until 9:00 unfortunately. Gentlemen that works the register is always friendly, not sure of his name.
