Very disrespectful women attending the establishment no manager on site. Girls spoke very rude to my 14 year old son. Some racist words until. Then got shocked when I spoke Spanish to them. Much better places to eat and be treated fairly. Especially to minor children
I've been buying from this place on regular for years but some reason the meat portion keeps getting smaller and smaller, they barely put any meat on top when asked, luckily there's a Chipotle across from it I'll take my business up there.
They have curbside pick up which is very good. Food was fresh and good quantity.
Make sure you are very slow and simple with your order. I am not sure if it the plastic wall that causes the confusion most of the time, but during the purchase stage, the person at the register is successful at botching it every time.
I’m gonna just say it. Qdoba > Chipotle. And I choose my friends based on whether they agree with me or not. This location makes their food with love as the not-so-secret ingredient, so there’s that, too. The restaurant is located next to a Verizon store and the MVA so when you’re tired of customer service nightmares, there’s Qdoba offering hope and delicious food. Is it possible that you’ll have service issues here? Nope. I don’t think these culinary luchadores are capable of offering a bad experience so come on in and check them out!Oh yeah… one more thing… viva la loaded Mexican soup!
1st time trying this place today 10/31/2021 at 3:10pm and won't be coming back. Asked for fajita onions/peppers on my burrito and she put a ridiculously small amount. I'm talking 1 bite of it. Had to restrain myself from laughing it was so ridiculous and asked for more. She made a rude exhale sound and put like 3 more onion slices on the burrito which was also ridiculous. When she rang me up I noticed she charged me more for the "extra fajita mix".... needless to say I DID NOT leave a tip. I stood there waiting for my receipt, which she did not even offer. She said have a nice day and walked away, very rude and poor customer service. There is a Chipotle right across the street from this place, I highly recommend going there instead. At least that's where I'm taking my business from now on.
Had an overall pleasant experience. Service was quick, staff was welcoming and you can literally customize your food any way you want it. The burritos are enormous. You definitely get your money's worth when you go here. I would highly recommend anyone try them out. If you like Mexican food you should like this place. I will be going back soon.
My fiancé and I stopped by for dinner and was disturbed by the lack of customer service. The employee constantly acted as if she didn’t understand/hear what toppings we wanted on our nachos. On top of the lack of comprehension she seemed to be annoyed with our constant corrections. It got to the point of us getting out of line completely. Sad because we really were anticipating this meal. Very disappointed!
This qdoba location is the best one I’ve been to. Food is always delicious and hot. I stopped going to chipotle!
Worst location I’ve been to. They’re staff is very uncoordinated & do not listen, also when i repeated myself the manager caught an attitude with me when she and her employees were completely in the wrong. I will never be returning. The employee on the line was obviously not well trained, and easily confused with simple task.. worst experience ever.
